Ergh why is the only Utena figure i can find $500!!! #firstworldproblems

I can go on for hours about how hard it can be to be a figure collector I don't think I will ever get all the S.H Figuarts Sailor scouts they keep selling out! But I did score me a Sailor moon second hand but man I don't like to pre-order things because I fear I may not have the money at the time it hits!

AmiAmi is a good site to look for both new and second hand things. With the second hand ones they have a rating system and I tend to get un-opened figures for half the price they tend to go to for new because someone brought it back!

Rant: Was just bullied and belittled by 2 vegans who decided that was the best way to convince me to be vegan...by insulting me after I politley answered their questions on why i eat meat. I was told they had the right to come and kill my cat cause i can eat a cow I was so upset I sat and cried at my keyboard for 5 mins. I repeatly said that was their choice and i can respect that but this was mine but apparently i should realise what a monster i am and i was "ridiculously defensive of my meat eating habits" - even tho I dont think i defended my choice at all! Just my right to a choice.. One of their mates then said it was ok for them to act that way cause they were speaking for defenseless animals who have no voice...seriously I have vegetarian friends and they dont give me a hard time nor do i give them one. I dont see how being passionate gives you a right to pick on someone. Completely ruined my night....until i saw cow's post Anime made me happy again.

Last week that was happening to me so much too. Like the lag in the raids would make me crash! Or I would press the windows button to check here and tumblr and my computer would go black XD

This isn't an angry rant at all, I'm not sure if it's even a rant really, but I'm just very confused!

I went to start a tumblr blog where I could put WoW stuff, and possibly restart my pet blog there since my old one fell by the wayside.

When I went to create it, however, I found out someone's already claimed the url vephriel.tumblr.com

Is there any chance it was someone here? I only ask because Petopia's just about the only place where that name is known, and the image on the blog currently looks enough like Veph that I don't think it's a coincidence. Again, I'm not upset or anything, I was just so surprised to find that name already taken!

I'd love to use that url for Veph related posts and screenshots. Now I'm mostly dying of curiosity over who took it first.

Another that drives me nuts is people writing "for all intensive purposes". It's for all INTENTS and purposes. /facepalm.

It is SO hard to hold that all in and not react.

Although... being able to just rant about it and let it out without aiming it at anyone in particular helps a great deal! it's cathartic.

As someone who is a grammar nazi over 'their', 'there' and 'they're' because they're ridiculously simple to use, 'would of' and 'would have' throw me off sometimes. I'm pretty sure everyone's guilty of some mistakes. I was always good at English, but not everyone is. ^^ I've never heard the 'intensive purposes' thing before though. I remember when I was younger I used to say (not write, just say) 'pacifically' instead of 'specifically'. It drove everyone nuts. xD

Edit: Actual rant now. *Slams head against the table multiple times* What's the best way for me to tell my housemates that I hate them all? I'm actually so angry today with their disrespect and uncleanliness that I'm getting the next train home to my mother's for the weekend.

I'm so glad I can watch the show in peace and quiet and not be that involved in the fandom? .___. Bronies are dumb, but I love MLP. I'm not gunna let a bunch of weirdos spoil that show for me. I don't see why people feel the need to be apart of fandoms...

In fact, I watch the show with my boyfriend, who isn't a brony, he just thinks it's a decent kids show and enjoys watching it with me. That's perfect for me.

That reminds me of a rant I've had on my brain for a while now anyway. About bronies. They basically make themselves look bad. I mean, if men wanted to watch little kiddie shows, I didn't give a crap, who cares? But bronies have made such a MASSIVE deal out of this and making some dumb 'equality' situation surrounding themselves that now every obsessive brony just looks creepy to me and I want nothing to do with them. I've met so many in real life who have simply pointed out my Rainbow Dash badge on my bag and then went on a HUUUUUGE discussion about how great the show is, how Rarity is best pony, etc. And I'm just like... *backs away slowly* because it's creepy and I don't want to talk about MLP to some strange fat neckbeard in a random store. .____. Bronies are creepy, end of. One even started talking about how hot Trixie was. I wanted to kill myself there and then.

I'm hating the brony bashing cause the good fans are being lumped with the bad. I can't get away from it lately it seems. I'm a pegasister/brony and proud, as is my fiance and we're NOT creepy weirdos. Brony bashing is starting to get a bit offensive for my tastes. Not every brony is creepy or obsessed. Infact, that's just a minority, just like idiots on the WoW Forums. They just happen to be the loudest. So it's starting to become hurtful whenever someone says "All bronies are creepy! All bronies are weird and obsessed! All bronies are crazy old hairy men!". Just makes me feel like Derpy Hooves from that one episode. "I just don't know what went wrong...." There's nothing wrong with talking about the show or discussing your favorite characters. People do that in all fandoms all the time! Am I suddenly creepy for liking the Doctor from Doctor Who and wanting to talk about it with a fellow fan? Last I checked, the answer is no. The bashers are becoming far worse than the crazy side of bronies, imho, as they're everywhere and some are just jumping the bandwagon for the sake of "It's ponies! *insert crap excuse here that's perfectly okay in any other fandom except MLP*".

I wish people would just stop and think before brony bashing. Think about the decent fans they're bashing and hurting. Is that so much to ask? It apparently is since I can't watch Trade Chat for two minutes without some brony basher going on a damn tyrade!

I got a GW2 phishing Email this morning..

Thing I didn't realize it was a phish until it was too late.

As in I panicked and did everything the f***ing fake site said.

I'm reaaallly getting tired of this dumb shit happening to me and being such a dumb piece of crap to FALL for it in the first place.
I have changed my passwords and sent in a support ticket.
But that's all I can do for now.

I feel you. I am a long time Pony fan. Since. 2005? I collected MLP long before FiM.
And then I loved FiM of course. It's great, cute, I love the little pony toys they made for it.
But I can't say I like it. Not without being a "sweaty fedora wearing neckbeard" or a "furry purvert".
Um excuse you....? I am actually biologically female LOL. And no. I don't like adult pony artwork. I find it distasteful.
