I hope they don't think I'm exploiting the site but I've opened the same chest 3 times now and each time the contents have been different

UGH. I did my gathering and only got 10 snow >_< Im not gonna get 2 shackles and a mini at this rate >_<

I'm super frustrated wit the site. Such crap that it STILL is lagged out. It's almost impossible to navigate and took me almost an hour (no joke) just to do my gathering. Wasted my entire lunch break on that! I am not even sure I want to try and get into the coliseum. That thing was f-ing up even before the stupid festival. Now. I cannot even get past the first fight before it stalls out!

Site appears to be complely down at this point. So far this morning I couldn't;
1) familiar bond
2) get into the coliseum, or if I did I couldn't complete fights or it'd lose connection.
3) couldn't get into the AH
4) gathering took almost 45 minutes
5) open the one chest I got from the one fight I did complete

I'm so frustrated at this point I'm just going to not log in till the festival is over. I'll miss out on those shackles I desperately want by only four snow piles but taking HOURS to just get ONE if at all is BS. Frostmourne shall go unshackled.

I'm not sure why some people are having so much trouble, I was able to bond, gather and roam about, coli drops occasionally but I can get 3-4 fights in before I need to refresh.
