Saw this guy on the AH. I'm contemplating on buying him for 25 gems. Anyone think he looks like Malygos?

I'm looking for my dream dragon.

Breed: Guardian
Gender: Male
Affiliation: Light(to get his eye color yellow)
Primary: Carribean
Secondary: Something grey, maybe steel or something
Ter: Maybe a sky gemstone bond? Or something. or Steel underbelly?

He needs to look as close to Malygos as possible.

Considering I'm a newbie and don't have much in the way of gold, I've been looking in the 2000 - 30000t range(this will increase the more t I obtain)

Downside is, that boy is Shadow, not light. He's also Splash/Stonewash/Goldenrod

Malygos seems more of a Splash/Sky/Steel to me. I think fire eyes would work. The best I could find was this boy whom you'd have to breed change and give Underbelly to. He's Caribbean/Sky/Steel


He's also overpriced imo, but you could always talk to them about that

Danke. Or maybe Gems. I got 40 gems on me atm. I've only got 4k at the moment but only cause I bought a lair expansion recently but I can earn it back in a few days. I got two nests sitting. He's more than welcome to one of the babies from the nests if he wants one.

So I'm debating on the genes for these guys...they came with circuit and I think I'll leave it that way...I might do Shimmer for the wings (and Fireworks, the male, will be turned into a tundra later), but debating on what to do for the main body...Iridescent on red changes the color way too much (as much as I love iridescent, I wanna keep it close to red), so was thinking tiger or clown...maybe both...

Last night I bought a shimmer scroll with the intention of using it on Guimauve... aaand somehow ended up using both the shimmer scroll and a speckle scroll on this fellow, instead. I don't regret it even a little bit. Still thinking on names...



And I don't think I ever showed her off, so here's the gorgeous Starchaser, all grown up.

Oooh, she's lovely, Tyger. I highly recommend iri/shim, it can be lovely on grey tone imperials. Especially the females.

Oooh, Kyria, I adore that SD boy! He's glorious! And that snapper is pretty darn cute as well.

As for me, I splurged on fae scrolls- these three are finally their correct breeds! (Changed from imp, imp, and pearlcatcher) Now I just need two more gembond scrolls.

I bought 500 gems for a friend for their birthday and I thought "Might as well go all out" so I bought 2000 gems in total and got Kristoff Circuit Iri/Shim/Circuit Coatls? YES PLEASE!! (The mom is a WC though, so hopefully they hatch some Coatls *crosses fingers*)



And this girl grew up. IDK what to do with her, and IDK why I like her. I just do

Picked up this guy today. His name is now Paleos.
I know a lot of people don't like thistle but for whatever reason I think he's absolutely gorgeous. I love how the iri has pink highlights which pick up his eyes (even though as an adult I know you'll barely be able to see them, heh).

I got his girlfriend out of the "fun trade thread"...

Her name, strangely, is 'Ignis' despite being... blue. I guess she could be lichfire blue? She's lovely but she needs prim/sec genes though. I'll probably go with freckle/speckle because I know the iri isn't likely to translate and the other genes are too, too busy for crackle to overlay.
Edit: TADA. Yes I just spent about 200k on a free dragon DON'T JUDGE ME.
