Sorry for the typos Daniel. I play mostly BM and I like damage from Beasts as I believe Blizzard should make it possible to min and max either by raising crits or raising MASTERY. ATM I find that, more than 90% of BM hunters would go for Dire Beast instead of the other 2 talents, hence why I think it should be BM only. I also want to have 2 sustainable pet during combat, and Dire Beast is the closest thing to it, hence my suggestion of having it cast by Dire Shot and the spawn time can be lengthen via Kill Command and Dire Shot too.

I've not put any effect on Kill Command but rather Kill Command has an effect to Dire Shot to make the focus dump used more frequently. Arachnophobia has been changed as well.

I certainly commend you for your inventiveness. Some of the things sound like fun but might cause severe balancing issues between the specs. There is also the issue that many Hunters would not like having to learn their rotations all over again. To be honest, I'm one of those. Currently, the three Hunter specs are the most equal they have ever been and changing too much could completely upset that seemingly precarious balance.

Having said all that, I again applaud the creativeness and it has been fun reading this thread.

I too enjoy playing the BM spec because it seems the most realistic of the three. If you're going to tame vicious beasts to fight alongside you then they should do close to the same damage they did before being tamed and not be a mere cardboard cutout of their previous selves. They should also be able to help their master and his allies survive precarious situations. Making them too strong, however, to the point where they make their master's damage output with his weapons seem trivial, would not be good. The Hunter's damage should also be based on physical damage and things like poisons or fire, not magic. The arcane damage I can understand, especially for Elves, but a Hunter doing shadow damage, like in SV , or elemental damage like lightning just seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Agreed about the magical nature of damage should be removed I personally prefer Arcane Shot be renamed Silver Shot as in, the description would be the Hunter uses Silver bolt, Arrow or Bullet infused with magical properties to do arcane damage.

I also believe that save Explosive Shot, the other magical damage done by Surv should be of Nature type and are affiliated with poisons and venom. Though I love Black Arrow, since it was used by Sylvannas in WOW, I don't think it fits Hunter since Black Arrow is a necromantic spell and would be awkward for Surv that use guns I would love for Black Arrow to be renamed as Viper Shot or Scorpid Shot, and the damage would be Nature.

edit and updates;

QUIVER AND AMMO POUCH MAKES A RETURN!

Arcane Shot is now Silver Shot with new mechanic for each spec

Kill Shot has new mechanics for each spec.

Serpent Sting has new mechanics for each spec.

Black Arrow renamed as Viper Shot.
