Azure Drake Mishap Update!

So....Azure Drake finally drops from EoE10. I roll need on it and watch the loot window eagerly to see who wins cause my friend(he's one of my best buddies I know IRL) wanted it too. It shows he didn't roll on it but suddenly my chat says it's awarded to him. I found it weird but he got excited so I sighed in defeat. He learned it and is all happy. He asks me what I rolled cause he won the mount with a 6 so my roll must've been shit. I tell him I've no idea cause it shows him not rolling at all. I ask him to check for me and tell him about /loot to bring up the window. He brings it up and goes "Jess. Put in a ticket NOW. You rolled a 47. You should've won it. I'm so so sorry. Had I know, I would've forked it over immediately."

So yeah. Ticket is in. If they can't do anything about it, I won't be overly butthurt cause my friend got it and he promised to keep running with me so I can get it. I kinda hope they can give it to me cause I really want that drake. It's my favorite one aside from Aeonaxx.


Update: My friend told me to get on Kanagosa. Lo and behold, the Azure Drake was awaiting for me! Yay!!! They took it from my friend but I promised him I'd run EoE with him til he got both the blue and azure drake.

It seems to be a bug in EoE. When I still did the runs with my husband we usually could roll on everything but then the loot just showed up in a bag of one of us, although we didn't win it. Sometimes it also just put the loot in my bags before we could even roll on it. That's why I learned how to solo it, to avoid this bug (and also so my poor husband wouldn't have to join me in 10 runs a week).

Some guildies said it's happened to them and it happened on trash in TK.

I got my ticket answered and unfortunately they can't do anything on my end only because I didn't get the loot. But they might be able to investigate via my friend, however.

Update: My friend told me to get on Kanagosa. Lo and behold, the Azure Drake was awaiting for me! Yay!!! They took it from my friend but I promised him I'd run EoE with him til he got both the blue and azure drake.

I'm glad that's all worked out. At least your friend was honorable enough to still be willing to run EoE with you until you got your drake

Yeah. He was also willing to fork over Ashes if it dropped too. Now that it's all settled, we both plan to keep running EoE for the robe we want and for his drakes, plus TK and Ony.
