I'd say a bit. It's 500 coins and you get one per kill XD Use the item that makes you only able to kill the other faction or you will have to wait 10 mins for the debuff to go away.

What me and my mate are doing is doing a bit here and there. Eventually we will get it

It takes an hour with the Censer, there's no debuff for it (you can use it anywhere out in the world) and you can both stand at a graveyard so you can continually rez. If anyone is able to get themselves phased onto either the Nesingwary or Emerald Dream server I'd be happy to help.

I'd take you up on that offer but sadly US/OC servers don't mix :s

Yeah, unfortunately I can only help for US servers. I think there's plenty of EU members on this forum though, should be able to work something out!

So wait.. did the change to the censer already take effect? I haven't played in months.. Good thing it's easier to obtain now, I guess. I'm kicking myself because of what a pain it was for me, thinking it'd be impossible to get after MoP. So I ran around trying to get it quickly before the isle was deserted.

It did take me days when I did it. I made it my goal to get 50 a day... and just getting those 50 took hours. And that was on a pvp server, granted a medium to low pop one. Between the cooldown on the item (and sometimes I'd get killed a minute after using it), the debuff on players killed, and finding people you actually can kill.. Yeah it's a pain.

People acted like it was a witch hunt when they got wind of what you're doing, even if you're trying to be decent about it.

Sigh, I was waiting to see if they might do something like that. Ah, it's unfortunate, but they can hardly blame people when they removed just about all restrictions with the Censer item.

Still, best be cautious now, it wouldn't surprise me to see a hotfix roll out soon tweaking how it worked, or maybe they'll implement some sort of debuff again.

All good, makes complete sense to have all the relevant info in the same place so everyone is up to date on the most recent developments. It's been very fortuitous that people could farm them so easily, though to be honest I'm surprised this has not been fixed earlier, it kind of negates months of work that others had previously put in to gain these mounts/pets/achievements. Especially to have it all done and dusted in an hour or so.

Yeah, I'm not surprised in the least to be honest. I'm actually more surprised that there hadn't been some sort of limitation to the Censer's use to begin with (after the change anyways).

I'm really glad I was able to help you guys out. Its a really annoying farm so I was happy to make things a little easier for everyone. I wish I could have helped some of the late comers /EU servers. Hopefully I will be able to help out more players in the future- should the rules permit me to do so.

I can confirm this has been changed (for oceanic realms) as I just tried to get my fiance's mount and the bloody coins arent earnt if you have rez sickness

Can you still wait out the rez timer? If so, it'll definitely take a lot longer, but could still be feasible.

I was using the 30 second rez on timeless isle before i moved to rez sickness farming. its much slower, about 19-20 coins every ten min. its a reasonable alternative if they have not chosen to fix that as well. (Then again they seem to be overlooking a lot of stuff and may not want that to work either. I have not checked it for myself. either way be careful.)

If you can find a group that farms honor kills in battle grounds, then that is still an option. I think that's going to be more fun than sitting at a gy waiting for your buddy to respond. It might take more time, but you can get some HP and work some achievements while you get your bloody coins.

the vendor guy that sells those things, that 100coin one u can kill that 1 person all day they dont get the debuff, while you get the coins.
