The whistle is sold in Thunderbluff. You need to search a little, as the vendor is a hidden, as you have to go around and find an entrance on the backside if one tent. I can show you on Bloodhoof, if you want to. I gotta get me one too, now that I'm a believer.
Sure, I should be able to get on in an hour and a half or so. You think the vendor sells 'em to Draenei too? Ah well, if I know where it is I can just log onto a friends account and auction it.
