What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draenor?
Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
Can't decide yet, as I need to see:
a) all the new models
b) racial changes for WoD.
Once I know that, then I'll see if I'm going to make any changes, and then plan the transmog from there.
If I stay dwarf, it will probably be the mountain man set. If I change, no idea...

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
Sadly, I am planning on retiring my Goblin Hunter in WoD. It's been a good run, but I feel like I've done pretty much everything I wanted to do on her. But I may play my other Hunter... who is my original Hunter from 2005 that I finally got back from my brother's stolen account!
(I did race change him, though.)
As for my other characters, I'll need some time to think about it. They may wear their usual attire, or I may give them alternate outfits just for the expansion.
Lastly... Looking fashionable as ever, Vephriel. I've always loved your gothic Blood Elf style!

Wow thats a different and very pretty setKintsugi wrote:Lazuli and I will be entering Draenor in very colorful style, with my fabulous Netherstrike transmog
It'll go something like this i imagine:
Me: Draenor, meet Outland. Outland, this is Draenor. You two have a lot of catching up to do
Draenor: We wear...that?
Outland: All this and more! Isn't it fancy? "twirls"

I know this wasn't really the question, but I won't be using any transmog at all for a while. When a new expansion starts I get a kick out of collecting the green / blue pieces and trying out the new looks as I quest, even if I don't especially like them or plan to keep them. It's fun for a while.

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
I've been using some fairly flashy x-mogs lately and decided to go with one that looked more tarnished, and I think it's perfect to take into Draenor too!
The bandages and cloak seem more like what you'd see on someone who is constantly in combat and the eye-patch gave it all a veteran feel. I didn't want to over-do anything, keep it simple and clean so I avoided shoulders which were massive/overdone with special effects, plus having a bare shoulder seemed more like what a Hunter might choose to move around better. I think it came out perfect >.<!
The bow matches the cloak when sheathed too, but if anyone has other ranged weapon suggestions. I think a cross-bow might actually be neat to use if I ever find a good one.

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
I have mogs for a few of my characters, although I'm bored of their current ones so I've been looking for newer sets, and sadly I haven't collected all the pieces. Once I do, though, I'll definitely be using the sets while running through Draenor.
I recently started playing my druid again ( I don't think I've touched her since Wrath ), so I'm working really hard to get a set or two for her. I had originally wanted to go with this nice red set: But then I remembered the first Draeya I had (this is my second... I'd already spent money to transfer my hunter from Argent Dawn to Wyrmrest, so I remade my druid) had had a lovely pair of shoulder pieces that grew flowers, so I based a set around that. I think I'm going to go for this second one more.
Then there's my hunter, who I don't play quite as often as I used to since I can never seem to get her involved in much RP. But I'm sure I'll be leveling her just to get the new pets I want. This whole set is complete except for the shoulders. Then there's my rogue, who I've also nearly completed the set for. Again, it's the darn shoulders that never drop. I'll probably eventually get to leveling her, but I'm sure the previous two characters will hit 100 long before she does. And lastly there is my Worgen hunter who is currently only in her low 70s, but I may end up leveling her. It depends on if there are any new cats in Draenor, and she tames sabercats exclusively. I still need to at least hit 80 to finish the set though.

My big game hunter set (I got the pattern for the hat not too long ago, that drop rate is horrendous)

Since Horde characters are starting in Frostfire Ridge... how about some Frost/Fire gear for my Shaman?

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno

Currently in beta, my hunter's rockin' a mostly-untransmogged Argent Crusade/Fen-Yu look (I think the only actual bit of transmog is her bow to Ennadee's) because there's a bug with a lot of gear being ineligible for transmog. Was kind of glad I'd actually previously put thought into making a set with her "proper" gear when I found that out, haha.

That said, on live Draenor she will absolutely be rocking her Soldier's set, and not only because I'll finally have enough inventory space to not HAVE to wear a tabard and shirt, haha :P Her gear's good enough (583+ and gaining) that she won't be breaking the look for a pretty long time, either (especially if Mystic Birdhat actually becomes a transmogrifier instead of just having his guild be <Transmogrifier> haha)
Current main: Xella-Skywall | Art Stuffs | Brains.

Nothing less than my Garment of Ultimate Sexiness with my black pandaren kitty by my side.

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
i think i'll sport something like this. i don't have all parts yet. got the idea after getting the shoulders in a pug. i'm pretty happy with it but would rather have chestplate + pants. however, i didn't find anything that would remotely fit as well as the dress.

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
It will change every day as I'm levelling probably (I change my transmog usually once or twice a day normally haha), but I'm thinking maybe this set with either the Conq of Org title or Hordebreaker to go along with the Iron Horde theme.. hmm

Re: What will you be wearing as you carve a path into Draeno
I have several hunters, but only two of those are currently in the transmogs they will keep long term. I don't forsee changing either of these out of their mog anytime soon.
Sylenos (previously named, and soon to be re-named Scotty) is my oldest and most beloved toon, and has had this transmog for years, the Talhide set with the newer addition of Griftah's Troll Shoes (yeah, she rocks the barefoot huntress thing), and of course the Stylin Adventure Hat. Shoulders are the Grunt's Pauldrons. Her bow is the Trueshot Bow.

Swiftarrow here is my main 90 Alliance hunter, and while she is much younger than Sylenos/Scotty (only 5 days, 20 hours /played time as of typing this), she is also rocking some of the Talhide pieces, with no helm, a Copper Chain Vest and a Green Linen Shirt under it. Green is her thing, so she rides mounts that match (Green Proto Drake in the air, and one of various Green armored ground mounts). Her bow is the very simple Hawkeye Bow... yes I have a thing for simple longbows.

And just for funsies.... my Pink Paladin, Kokomojoe, in all of his pretty princess glory. He rides atop a noble pink Lovebird, and has a spazzy pink companion following him all the time.
