I'm over 400 eggs for my own shiny Buneary and I STILL don't have it. And I'm sorry yours ended up with Klutz, Aleu. I think Skrelp also killed my luck, Makoes, I'm at 750 eggs and haven't gotten one for you, either. It is the face of evil. :/

Edit: Actually, the gender ratio for Buneary/Lopunny is 50/50.

It's alright. He's meant to be a Mega Lopunny when ORAS get released anyhow and I doubt that'll stop the use of a Mega stone. XD Also, could've sworn it was a higher female ratio... go figure.

Stocked ten boxes of Buneary eggs and just finished one. Nothing. I'm... scared of hatching the rest because I know there won't be a shiny in any of them...

I swear I'm not trying to avoid completing the Halloween giveaway banner T-T it's just...ivd got hardly any ideas. I don't have access to the computer type stuff for art, such as Photoshop and the posh stuff. I've got some photo editors on my iPad, but that's it. I looked into getting one of those art pad things that you draw on and instead of going on the pad it goes on the computer screen, but £1000? It may be decent, but I don't make a living out of commissions in which I could put it to good use. Plus, it's expensive. A bit too expensive.

So I used the only tools I had. Pencil and paper. Just thought I'd show you guys I'm not procrastinating I decided to show you how it's coming along. Not too bad really, but the camera quality is awful because a-it's nighttime and my lamp is awful and b-I had to resize it to upload here so it's all blown up and fuzzy ;-; it looks better in person, I promise. One Houndoom is supposed to be shiny and one not. Kudos to those who guess which is going to be the shiny one, and what gender each is

Lovely quality. I'm not the best artist there is out there, I won't even say I'm an artist at all. Just a rough sketch. Gotta define outlines and then colour. Excuse the random Houndoom head in the corner. I wanted to draw the pair looking at the person viewing it, but I can't draw head-on faces. It's also meant to say "Kayro's Halloween Giveaway." I doubt you can read it atm though.

Edit--look how lazy I am! Still in bed on a Saturday?! Nah, I went out. Just got soaked from the rain and decided I was going into my pjs for the rest of the day when life gets you down, pyjamas!

Edit--I'm working on the banner a little now and it's looking much better than the one above! I added some 'mons, and it's looking less barren than before. I'm kinda proud of this banner I've got going on. However, I may have to call for assistance when it comes to resizing it into a banner. I'm afraid if I do it, it'll go horribly wrong >.>

Wasn't someone here looking for the poseable Reshiram plush? Someone on LJ that I've bought from is selling one for 45$. Doesn't have the tag and one of the wings has detached from the wavy ear things, but is in good shape. Just thought I'd toss that out as I thought someone was looking for one here.

Speaking of hatching, I see most of you just fill boxes with eggs and then hatch them all. Is that the preferred way? I did it once. I filled my boxes with eggs for my plane ride. Maybe I'll have to do that. I haven't had any luck with the Masuda Method yet. Also, for breeding IV pokemon, how is the best way? If I have a 2 IV say.. Attack and HP, do I want to find someone with IVs in the other areas for best results? Is that how it works? I assumed it was and that's what I've been doing. I only use Pokemon that are superior and have no negative stats, but still get some random hatches that have negatives from it. Trying to get the calculations down so I get it.

I don't fill my boxes up with eggs, I don't really like doing it like that. It's all down to personal preference, there's no right or wrong way.

As for IVs I really don't know jack about them. x___x I tried... and failed... and now I just don't care much anymore. If one of my Pokemon happens to come out with a good perfect IV, awesome. If not, oh well I'm not going to bother trying. All I know is that it's very random and unless you're trying for competitive battling, kinda pointless.

I'm not really obsessed with perfect IVs, just figured while I'm trying for shinies.. lol.

Thanks, guys. *hugs back* I'm pretty burnt out, Kayro. Buneary has broken me so I'm going to put it on hold, at least until I can get a female in a pink ball that matches the shiny form. Heal ball or love ball, either would be nice. Then I'll breed her with one of my males that has the HA so I can get it onto a female in a pink ball, then level her up to 63 so she won't lose the egg moves I have. x_x
