Naming My 3 New Pets? Help!
Naming My 3 New Pets? Help!
I'm trying to come up with some cool names for the Saddled Orange Raptor, and the Raven. I want names that fit it and sound well. My hunter is a troll so maybe that will help. I came up with Kamiko for Ghamoo-ra the turtle. Can anyone help me come up with cunning names for these pets and tell me your opinion about my turtles name? Thanks.

For the raven:
Anzee or anzie? anzy? however you want to spell it.

I called my raven "Quoth" (in reference to the poem "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe). You could also call it "Nevermore" (from the same poem).
I haven't named my own raptor yet, as I haven't had any good ideas for it... so I can't really suggest anything :/
The turtle's name is nice - it means "God child" or "Little Goddess" in Japanese. Very sweet sounding.

for the raven how about Camelin? I read it in a book once I think he was a guide to the main characters but i'm not sure I will have to find that book again.

I named my raptor Xotaáka, after the minipet you can raise, which during cata would get the name of <your name here>'aka. For the troll sounding names, I look at creole, tagalog, hawaiian, and spanish.
boustabak: creole words for a bird that looks similar to a raven (Crotophaga ani)
Manjè je: creole for eye eater
kolaka: hawaiian for raven
carroña: spanish for carrion
uwak: tagalog for crow/raven
