Just took a friend with a new lvl 15 hunter to tame this bad boy and though he was BM, and there appears to no longer be a lvl req for Exotic?, and is baked into Tame, he was not able to add this baby to his stable. Inform please?

You still have to be level 69 to tame exotics. At least I'm pretty sure of that. I haven't seen anything about that being changed.

Yup, being able to tame exotics is still a passive that BMs get at lvl69... sadly :/ It doesn't make much sense to me either.
