Rylak flying when tamed?

I was under the impression when I tamed a rylak that they would only run next to the hunter, not fly (which all in all proved to be a good thing because the wings clipping in and out of view on most flying pets gives me a headache)...BUT...

Is there someway to make them fly? I was asking because I was running around with one and I have no idea what I did, but she was flying beside my troll hunter:





I stopped to screenshot it out of sheer surprise. They look so beautiful when flying o.O Is there a toggle or something I didn't know about? She went back to running/flopping next to my hunter after the next battle, but now I'm curious?

Happened to me too, when my rylak was fighting a beast flying above the ground in the air, another rylak. So I guess it starts doing that to get on 'even ground' with the mob in the air, in range.

I'm not sure about other rylaks, but I know that the twinbreath skystalkers, the ones that are in chains at colossal fall, still fly when tamed. I tried sending it to attack a rylak flying above and he took off I hope it stays.
