Birthday Raffle: Winner Drawn

Hello All, recently I found a lovely little baby to replace my current incarnation of Kerena. I have noticed that there are several people here that do not have a level 25 dragon, so I am raffling her off.
Rules:
1. Only people without a level 25 can join
2. Only Petopians can join
3. if you ever get tired of her please gift her to some else in the forums who is without
This is Kerena: obviously the apparel and accent don't come with :D

The drawing will be on December 28th around 7 pm FR server time

I dont have a level 25, I have a 24, but it wouldn't be fair of me to enter but I'd like to wish everyone good luck and happy birthday!

I'm pretty close to having lvl 25 dragons finally so I'll not enter this one. She's super pretty, My gosh.

Glad she seems well liked. I have the entries so far listed up top. Thanks for the well wishes. The 28th is my 40th (gosh I feel old), happy I can do something fun and nice for you all.
