Based on a couple of reports on Wowhead I've now marked it as available on WCM. However it would be nice to have confirmation from someone on this forum. I'm pretty sure you can't see the rewards panel unless you're eligible for one.

Is there anyone with a Recruit-a-Friend reward owing that could please check if the Cindermane Charger is now one of the rewards?
