I really don't understand my BF...or more precisely why he's so damn miserable!!!

So, you had 4x8am shifts this week...where for the first half of your shift each day you were learning how to work a till...that's 4hrs each day this week you DIDN'T have the dumb-ass manager telling you to do 10 different things then get mad when you didn't get something done. Seriously, being a cashier is not that hard, and even if you don't get codes memorized right away, so what? Repetition is the best teacher, hell when I trained as a cashier I SUCKED at codes. Now I am one of the best and fastest cashiers our store has!

Now you have a 3-day weekend and next week you have closing shifts...GREAT! It's a BEAUTIFUL sunny day today, mild temperature, you're taking our kid to get her Hep A vaccination and right next to where they are doing the shots is a HUGE playground, where our little one can run around with her friend and wear each other out! Then you can go back to their place, play Magic tg, and relax. Plus I gave you $5 so you could buy our kid a treat for getting a shot. So Why The Hell are you in a bad mood????????

So what if tomorrow you need to spend getting caught up on the dishes (that you've neglected ALL WEEK, that I haven't bothered you about AT ALL). Hell if you just got them all cleaned then you'd be DONE with the dishes and I would go back to cleaning them (provided the single sink we have stays empty so I can, else you can keep cleaning them).

And Monday we're visiting your grandma and taking a nice long walk around the marsh. Maybe catch a frog or two, spots some birds, maybe even the otters will be out playing.

Then what, a week of closing shifts on cash for you...you get to SLEEP IN all week!!! I have to get up at 7am all week to take kayla to daycare. So you get to sleep in, and you are on cash which means that the Dumb-ass manager won't be on your case all week...it'll be like a Fucking vacation!!!!

SO WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SO PISSED OFF/Perma-Bad mood???????

I just don't get it!!!!!

I've been camped out at one of the Voidtalon portal spawn points for the past 3 days.

I took a break tonight to eat dinner, and while I was gone it fucking spawned.

On my spot.

And someone else got it.

This happened to me with Aeonaxx. Twice.

Boyfriend: "What are the chances it'll spawn while you're downstairs for 10 minutes just to eat?"
Me: "I guess you're right..."

Came back upstairs. NPC Scan had gone off. Looked at the timer. It went off pretty much the minute I left the room. -___________-

Apparently a joke I said in the staff room at work on Sunday offended someone and instead of them telling me they were offended, or even them talking to management, they went straight to filling a harassment charge against me...claiming it was directed intentionally at them.

No, it was not a personal attack it was more one of those comments that sometimes slips out after someone says something, of the 4-5 people who were also in the staff room, this person was the only one who didn't laugh at the joke. It's was not meant to be insulting nor was it directed at anyone.

So today I was called up to the office and talked to by the store manager and the assistant store manager about the incident, and had to write a statement about what happened.

I really don't understand why some people feel the need to blow things so out of proportion...yes in hind sight the joke was probably not really appropriate for the work place, but it didn't need a full tilt harassment charge either.

This project report makes me want to throw everything I own out of the window. It would be so damn simple to do if the template they wanted us to directly follow didn't look like an utter piece of shit. Whoever wrote this thing up clearly spent no more than ten minutes on it. It's an absolute mess. There's no way I can follow AND make sense of this stupid thing and I'm so glad to see via Facebook that I'm certainly not the only person noticing this. Not only that, but the very small introductory section has mass amounts of 'this is what you need to do here, and this, and this, and remember to follow these rules exactly, and this' and yet the main freaking section of the entire report just says 'this is the design section'. NO SHIT IT'S THE DESIGN SECTION?! URRRRRRRRGGGGGGGG.

The 'time of the month' is awful for making you feel so emotional. I had a baptism of fire at my new job today, and while my boss was giving me feedback I had to keep fighting down the urge to cry. I never, ever cry normally, but this 'time of the month' has that effect on me, and I was so ashamed and worried that he'd pick up on it and think I was pathetic. Then, to add injury to insult, I walloped my head really hard on the security screen on the way out. In front of my boss. I'm really short so it never occurred to me in my distracted state that I needed to duck. He's probably wondering what sort of idiot is he dealing with, and that he should have hired someone else. Ugh.

I can't do it. I can't fucking do it. It's Mothers Day but I just can't bring myself to say anything to mine.

I forgot to send a card or anything so I feel I need to say -something- but... No. Every time I try it comes out twisted. I hate her right now. I just can't say anything meaningful to her. Not after leaving me, three brothers - one of which is autistic I might add - and two amazing men behind.

I've already felt bad that I've been tight on money and not able to see them for over a year. Now there's two places I need to travel to. One I don't know if I care about it or not. The other I'd feel bad for going to cos I'd just end up on the computer there and not do much with those she left behind.

Why. Why did you have to leave?

Forgetting would imply someone knows to begin with.

In my case, I didn't know...so there was no forgetting. I always thought something like Mother's Day was the same for everyone, or at least in the same month.

See, I figured that Mother's Day (and the other artificial Hallmark Holidays we're saddled with) were the exclusive purview of American consumer culture, and that other countries would have more sense, heh...

According to my wow wall calendar (hehe) its mothers day for everyone on May 10 except UK...huh.

My rant...I get to my usual carpark to get on the bus and some fuckwit has put up 3hr Parking signs!! WTF. Its a carpark for a closed shop and a boarded up bottle-o who the fuck else is going to use it?!! So you wanna fine me huh? Go ahead and fucking try - I'm not paying it. The buses near my house suck and this is the only way for me to get to the city without driving 20mins to a train station (in which case i might as well drive to the city and pay to park there as it would take the same amount of fucking time!!) So yeah I was pissed off before I even got to work - good job Monday.

To add to my woes my mum "trimmed" my fringe way to short and dead fucking straight..i look like a monk! Argh! Serves me right for not paying for a haircut i guess ><

Ugh, I just had a filling. Well. Three hours ago. The numbness was supposed to wear off two hours ago...ugh, I can't drink because it just goes everywhere but where it's supposed to go!
