BM pet swarm questions

I've never really liked items that randomly summoned guardians, like Ghost Iron Dragonling. They have a tendency to proc when least convenient, running into something you're trying to range only, and pull adds in the process or the mob stops to attack them. And they make it difficult to drop aggro. Plus they path awfully, pulling adds in the process and wasting time to deliver their intended benefit. Wild Imps are already bad enough for Demo locks, and they're ranged and locks don't have a FD to be made useless by the imps.

Do the dire beasts (and Guardian of the Titanspark) do all those things? I'd like to be able to toggle my animal magnetism, and for them all to scamper off when they think I'm dead. And pathing.

Since the new alpha build came out, it seems they've revamped Titanstrike entirely to remove said beast swarms, so its probably something we don't need to worry about anymore.

I don't know, multiple talents on the weapon keep referring to pets, plural, alongside dire beasts. I wish this spec was on Alpha so we could see how it acts in person.

I believe the pets is probably referring to the Hati pet from the equip and normal dire beast.
