Mounts in Legion

We now have a Legion page up at Warcraft Mounts:
http://warcraftmounts.com/legion.php

This includes everything we know about the new mounts so far. Only a few have spells, but there are plenty more models. I'll update this thread as we update and add more stuff.

Updated the Legion page with:

- the green core hound mount (new skin). Has anyone seen this mentioned on another site? If so I'm not aware of it.

- the alternative felstalker mount colours (green and black). They've been on the site as unused skins for a while. Technically those skins aren't allocated to the mount, since they currently only exist in the non-mount model folder. But the mount uses an identical mount format, so it's perfectly feasible for there to be green and black mounts if they copied the skins over.

Looks good Wain, I especially appreciate the various poses you did. Is that a new feature? I must admit I don't frequent Warcraft Mounts as often as Petopia.

The extra poses thing has been around a while now. I was pretty happy to work out how to achieve it without resorting to javascript. A lot of older mounts still don't have alt shots, and I haven't bothered taking them for new models if the effects are currently missing in the model viewer. Ideally I'd love to have a little model viewer embedded in the page, like Wowhead has. But that's a while off yet. Besides, Wowhead can frankly be a horrible burden on the cpu at times, these days (at least in Firefox), and I don't want to go the same way

I don't think that turtle is a mount, can't see anyone willingly sitting on a small block of wood and no reigns?

Like I mentioned in the other thread it's file name is "turtlemountdraft" and it comes with an icon;

So it's definitely a mount. Don't know what it's from yet.

That fox is just so dreaming - I love foxes and my worgen hunter has a themed stable of them (all named after the Animals of Farthing Wood foxes) so yeah she needs that mount!!!
