So i got a few new mounts lately!.

So i finally won the Felsteel Anihilator!



After buying the wraith charger with saved up badges of the TBC TW event...


...i had a long long lonnnng week of Timewalk Farming, it took me 4k boss kills in 3 TW events farming 10 hours a day to see the mount!



I also managed to finish the creeping carpet on my tailor alt, a very lucky week indeed!

Picked up the Ironbound Wraithcharger after spamming a few Call To Arms last week - but god damn do I hate babysitting group in Pit of Saron, so skipped going any further for the Infinite drake.

Also got the Astral Cloudserpent on my new paladin!

For the past couple weeks, the raid group that I'm in has been working on achievements in HFC. Last night, most of us got our glowy green wolves:

Also got the Zulian Panther last week!


After not much effort, I got Slabhide to drop the Vitreous Stone Drake:


And about an hour later, Aeonaxx made the mistake of showing up! No more Deepholm!

So, a day after licking the Mount Luck Thread for, well, you know... I managed to knock out one of my pre-Legion goals.



Which then led to...

I know the Blazing/Handmaiden can be the biggest pain to get being right at the end of DS and spine is still dang annoying at the best of times, especially if it's they are the last mount you need to get for the emerald!

If you've got alts, you can farm raids by sharing lockouts - Ultraxion (Experiment 12B, last I need from DS!) is a lot worse, since you can't share a save from after the trash.

1. Get a character saved up to the boss you want to do on multiple alts (if you've got a lowbie alt you want the save on - you can share it from a level 85 - get a friend to "boost" the save character). Obviously it's easier to work on 12B or Handmaiden/Blazing, otherwise you have to do Blackhorn/Spine on each character as well.
2. Log the save character (and extend the raid lockout if you need to) and make a premade group (I suggest under legacy raid, select Ruby Sanctum - less likely to get a realm hopper). Make sure you set the right raid difficulty, and set it to auto-accept.
3. Log another character, join the group, and do the boss you want!
4. When you've done it on one character, don't leave group! Log the next character you want to do it on, and join the group again. While travelling to the raid instance, the current character will be given leader - before entering the instance, kick the last character (but not the original character from step 1) and then right click your portrait and Reset Instances.

Repeat step 4 for every other character

Raid saves are a brilliant! Wain and I use them for nearly every raidmount we farm. Its can get really tricky when you end up want5ing to skip more then 1-2 bosses, especially in Tot with all the mount/pet drops.

I fortunately got Blazing and Handmaiden while current so never had to Farm DW, just Ultraxion (but no longer) But also I found for the 10-15 min it would take to burn through the 1st 4 bosses (H25) prior to Ultraxion, it was worth the +500g you'd make from bosses and gear sales. But DW, yeah if your farming both is a pain.

Thanks much! Seems my little Draenei hunter never finished up the questline where the Alliance and Horde topple the giant dragon statue in the Jade Forest... so it's still there in all its former glory.

I don't think I've ever been this lucky with a mount. I know how much RNG is involved with the portals, but to randomly stumble on one when out in the world on a Friday (not near a reset).. I'm in shock. So what do I do with my shiny new mount? Harass Dohaman so he will spawn Oondasta and try for his mount

Don't got pictures but I now have the SoO meta mount thanks to Open Raid and just tonight got both turtles from fishing in my garrison so happy to have them to ride around on and they are both so cute.

Set out to get the ICC 25 man drake I was missing since it looked like I could get all the achs in one night. I was having a little trouble with LK so a friend of mine jumped in to help me and we downed him (mostly her because I'm a nub and died to infest). I did the run on my druid, but given who my DK is, I took the pic of the mount with her. ^_^


Now to work on Alysrazor's mount.
