Okay... How long have I been a troll and why hasn't anyone ever told me :^(

Seriously? That's just a smiley face. That's utterly ridiculous to block someone for using that. I must be blocked by this person, because I use it all the time. IMHO, it represents being nice or happy, not being a troll. WTH is wrong with some people's perceptions?!? That's just bat crap crazy. But then again, I'm old school, so I use that instead of all these new faces. I don't honestly even know what some of these new faces people type out mean/represent.

I once had a friend who thought if you used the wink face, that you were being sarcastic or giving them hell. I guess I can understand it being used for good natured teasing, but not being mean. I feel sorry for that person if they honestly think people are being jerks if they use a smiley face. But honestly, it sounds more like they're the one trolling.

Oh, and is anyone else getting site down messages? Ugh.

EDIT: Sooo... That auction I was ranting about earlier... A good friend gave me a very valuable item to use to up my bid. I did so, but now I feel a bit bad. I know my friend is perfectly fine with it and wants me to win this perfect lady for my boy, but wow, that's such an expensive item. Didn't need to worry after all, the auctioneer extended the snipe guard and then accepted more items they weren't accepting before to allow the other person to yet again outbid. This has been the worst auction ever. WTH...

Three days in a row my lucky streak DID NOT apply to my treasure count. So last night hit my lucky streak again. Took a ton of screen shots so I could post them this morning. Log in. BOOM 75,000 more treasure than I had the day before. Figures I go through the work and it applies. But my dumba$$ didn't screen shot the previous three days. So I lost out on 225,000.

Mumble... my husband made me take home all the 6 digits he is holding to make me realise that i DONT need more 7 ids before i finish off getting mates for all my 6 id dragons, and am done scattering and gene them...

i might have to sell some of them to fund the geneing of the others.. if they will sell that is.

You can convert treasure to gems from people who will sell gems for treasure. You can buy gems with real money, or sell all your stuff on FR as gems instead of treasure. If you do any sort of commission you can have people pay you in gems.

I know how to earn gems xD I'm just not great at acquiring them with any kind of speed... And I'm such a sucker for accents and art and apparel. Sucks that just 100 gems now costs abot 70kt, too. There's an accent I want on the AH for 1300 gems, no way I'm going to acquire that in the one week it'll be up (or until whenever it is bought).

Edit: On an unrelated note, I set into the Coliseum to farm for the capes because I have some silly point to prove (Theory: Apparel drops are just as rare as egg drops). Starting with the Gladewalker Cape, and I'm at battle 3000 already. About to crumble into a sobbing heap of insanity and despair.

I guess the good side is I now have both new basilisk familiars?

*Slams face into desk* I need to come up with gems fast. Trying to sell an old accent I made a while back with only 10 copies in existence (no more ever to be released).
I see people selling accents of that same retired status for over 3k gems, yet I can't even get any one to buy mine for 1,200. Maybe I'm just being impatient. It's only been a little while. But I'm in a huge rush DX

I sold 2 of my user made "never to released agsin" accents for 700 gems.. i think it depends on how the accent looks and how old it is... took me 3 weeks to sell them at that ptige and one still havent sold....

Heh the one i cant sell is a skull lade out of smoke for wildclaw males wings... only asking 800 gems... heh but i dont need it to sell that badly. The market is so hard to figure out these days...my barnacale loaf festival skin is also on ah but thats worth a lot more...go figure...

Not so much of a rant as just...confusion. Someone bought one of my obs/crim/crim babies that always sell well (25k), but they exalted him??? I'm not mad about that part or anything, I'm just so baffled. The exaltation price definitely isn't near that much, and I already have other dragons listed for far cheaper that they could have bought if they were just looking for fodder. It's so strange and it's going to bother me just because of not knowing the reason.

I've bought dragons before for as much as 30k and then exalted days later... Usually because I got them for an accent, and after trying it on I just ended up disliking how it looked on them. Or I simply found a better dragon.

Sometimes people buy dragons for a breeding project and then end up changing plans or finding a better dragon, too.

If I had an oops, I'd just try to flip it and get back some of the gold/gems I spent... even if I knew I wouldn't get as much. It's still better than exalting, which is peanuts.

Yeah but sometimes it takes forever to sell dragons, especially if you want to get more than exalt price for them. Some people just don't care to waste their time trying to resell, or they can't sacrifice the lair space. Plus if the player is fairly wealthy a 20k loss isn't a huge deal to them.

Yeah. I've bought dragons and less than a day later exalted because I couldn't connect with them like I thought I would. I usually offer them here before exalting them now, though
