Took me quite a few runs through Throne of the Four Winds, but I finally got the Drake of the South Wind. And it's beautiful.

Edit: And the Blazing Drake finally decided to drop after today's reset, the last mount needed for the Emerald drake! I'm now up to 312 mounts, 356 including Alliance.

I was fishing in Uldum for Volatile water, secretly wishing for some turtle tomes to sell as well... when this thing drops.



I've been fishing in my garrison SO much for that thing. Solo, and in groups. I saw it drop twice while in those fishing groups, and lost the roll twice. Now I just need the new fish mount in Legion and I'll have all of this fishing mounts.

I can't believe the Blazing Drake finally dropped! He was the only one I was missing for the [Awake the Drakes] achievement and I am so happy to add him to my collection! I'm hoping the Handmaiden is going to drop soon so I can be done with Dragon Soul. <_<

I don't know where my luck came from but I'm in shock... Mount #315!!! And just in time for the gold nerf, so I won't have to touch Firelands ever again. (unless I want that druid toy)



I've now gotten the Pureblood Firehawk, Sea turtle, Blazing drake (+ Emerald drake), Giant Coldsnout and Ji-kun within a month. Granted, I bought Ji-kun but normally the BMAH has junk. Thank you RNG ;-;

After a long time soloing ICC with just my Horde 100 hunter I decided to try the lockout trick so I went in 10 normal on a alt and cleared to Arthas only to defeat him four times and I only got the boring RP as a reward till I went in on my 100 baby Worgen, I call her my baby because she is the first hunter to ever hit 90 the normal way and she also doesn't even have a garrison yet.

Long story short the surprise when I looted and this beautiful mount showed up I know I haven't been farming as long as many but to get the second, first is Onyxia, mount I always wanted is so incredible.

Been running it on so many 100s and leveled more with the invasions yet I still get it on my main, who's been with me since BC. So that's kinda cool

My raid group was doing good, got to 12k eyes in 3 hours...then people got stupid and never let raid bosses spawn...so it slowed to a crawl. But I was determined. 6 hours after I started..

Busy few days for me. Just before Legion I got my Grove Warden. Then I picked up the Bloodfang Widow last week after the Mad Merchant spawned and robbed me of most of my gold. Knocked out the last two 10 & 25 ICC achievements I needed to get both Frostbrood mounts the day before yesterday (something I never got around to). Today I knocked out Dragonsoul to get my Blazing Drake and also get the Emerald Drake, and just now I got Invincible's Reigns. Up to 272 mounts and looking to finish off Ulduar (another set I just never got around to, just need to roast some dwarves).

So the past two and a half weeks I've managed to cross off seven mounts.

Finally was able to make the LW mount the other day I love it though I do wish the run speed was the same as the grove warden. Currently it has the Draenor mount syndrome. Super fast animation. Also bummed we don't have a black moose available as that colors really gorgeous.

What the crystals look like:



Would not have been possible at all without the amazing discord I'm a part of. These people are the ones that worked together to discover the Kosumoth riddle and hippogryph to begin with, and despite two of them not having the mount themselves they helped me hunt down the last 4 crystals I needed as maintenance ticked closer and closer. Time was running out and I would not have been able to find all 5 without help, especially since 4 of them were in previously unknown locations. Really shocked right now... and so happy... and I hope these amazing people get theirs soon too

The crazy part though is that I had gone to bed early and set my alarm for 3:00 am just in case when the servers came back up, it was up like Voidtalon often was. But I woke up two hours before the alarm and just decided to get up and play a bit before the servers went down... and lo and behold...
