Glyph of Dire Stable

Unread post by Dysphoria »

http://www.wowhead.com/item=139288/glyp ... ire-stable

I just found out about this today and thought I would share it here. After purchasing it on the AH (for 3K on my server), I have to say it is so good to see some of my old friends again (that have been stable-bound for years in some cases) coming out and fighting with me in Legion - even if it is only for the 8 second duration!

It put a little smile on my face :)

Thanks Blizz!

It's awesome! I love it a lot too! I crafted it for myself on my druid, and it cost me less than the AH price which at the time was 10k, lol. Really good glyph, it makes me happy <3

Haha I did the exact same thing, crafted it on my druid for my hunter :D

I love this glyph. It is amazing. I've had some complaints in groups because the beast version of pets don't all scale the same. My riverbeast is gigantic, among a few others.

Oh really? I haven't come across that issue at this stage (I don't have any riverbeasts in my stable though). I love how occasionally my Chromaggus will pop out or King Krush or one of my many Spirit Beasts - so good to see/hear them in place of some random deer etc. :D

This glyph is the best. :D My only wish is that it replaced the dire beasts entirely, I think it's silly that there's still a chance for some random default creature to show up.

Also yeah, my Draenor boars are ENORMOUS but I kind of like them. :D

Haha - yeah I'm not sure why it isn't a 100% substitution......maybe it's Blizzard's conceited way of inferring that there idea of a "random beast from the wild" is still a valid one and they're not going to capitulate ENTIRELY! Haha ;)

The one of mine that shows up all the time yet is kind of obnoxious in dire format is the big black teroclaw. She's HUGE... I daresay she's her usual wild size... so when she dires in, she takes up half the screen. I pity melee!

Also, and I don't know why, but when I get non-dire-beasts, I basically always get a druid cat. How does that even happen? Is it something I'm carrying and don't know it? I'm not really complaining (because more cats always) but it's still peculiar. It's the nelf druid cat, necklaces and moon on the shoulder and everything.

someday I'll find someplace to host a sig that isn't stupid money-grubbing photobucket

I haven't had that happen as yet but I have heard others mention it too. They did say it seems to be a certain zone that it happens in.....have you noticed that?

Boars, Riverbeast, Arcane Wyrms, the black terroclaw... thats the ones I can think of that are huge as a dire beast.

Initially I thought it was just in Val'sharah, which would make sense, but no... it's every zone. I had three druidcats piling on a mob in Highmountain just the other day.
