I'm still shaking...




I was so worried about this mount due to my anxiety & the difficulty of the fight... and considering I don't know anyone that would run it with me I've been left to pug it and pray for good rng or just wait till the end of the expac. I just can't believe I got it on my second kill. I got an 875 chest as well which is extremely powerful for me & empowers my trinket... so this is definitely an early Christmas present.

So today I was doing a WQ in Azsuna and stumbled over a crystal. I panicked a bit but I manged to ask for help in the Discord Chat (That has been mentioned before on this forum) and two amazing people helped me find the rest.

I am so, so happy to have her, I actually cried!! I never thought I would have her.

I know it's not that much, but yesterday I got three mounts I never thought I'd get:

Red Proto-Drake

Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher

and Icebound Frostbrood Vanquisher.

The day before at 3 in the morning, I finally got the final achievement for my Volcanic Stone Drake.

So four mounts I didn't think I'd ever have in a few days (with weeks of doing achievements).

Next week, I SHOULD have one of the Ulduar meta-achievement mounts.
It's the darned
Roasted irondwarves in a dragonfire,
Molten armour littered here,
Formation Grounds strewn with corpses afire,
And me in naught but questing gear.

Everybody knows a blowhard claimed it's "piece of pie!"
Not for casuals like me,
Tiny DOTS, waiting for the dwarves to die,
At some point I will sleep, not tonight.

Finally did the Iron Dwarf achievement, got my proto drakes

Have been riding around almost exclusively on my rat mount since mid-November

I'm so in love with the rat mount! I really need to get myself leveled up and work on getting one.

Most of my eyes came from Blind Rat pet battles, I started working on it when I was still 100.

Nothing outstanding, but managed to get three more mounts this week, bringing me up to 339. Pretty bummed you don't get the alliance equivalent for completing the free for all achievement. Getting tired of all these character restricted mounts.







So close to 340... hopefully able to hit it by new years as that's my goal. Been awhile since a raid drop; would be amazing if Handmaiden would drop as an early Xmas present.

Nice job, Lupen! I wish you luck on the handmaiden! I'm trying for the blazing drake with no luck, and it's the last I need for 'Awake the Drakes' and it's driving me mad!

Well, I finally did get Handmaiden.



... Only it didn't drop. It showed up on my realm's BMAH a couple days ago, and while it went for wayyy more than I wanted I couldn't pass it up. I do really like the mount, and I never want to have to read another line of dragon soul RP again.

I FINALLY got my Onyxian Drake today!!!!!
Which is a nice bonus, since yesterday I got the black war mammoth from that raid in Wintergrasp.
I am now up to 236 mounts.. 14 more to go.
I am grinding Argent Tourney like mad.

I got to continue my argent tourney quests, and made it to champion today, which gave me a boost of those tokens... I got an extra 30 today. So maybe those 14 more mounts won't take as long as I had previously feared.

I have to check now to see how much I have to do to champion the other cities, and also if the fact that I'm already exalted with all of them will make a difference.

There's something odd or inconsistent about the Argent Tourney mounts.

Normally, each city has one that sells for 500g + 5 Champion's seals. And from what I've read, those mounts are specific to the toon that purchased it (ie: only account-wide for toons that have completed that faction at the tourney).

And yet, I purchased three of those mounts, and all of my toons can use them now.

I wonder if they changed this recently? Or was I misinformed about them?

They've been faction-wide for a while - as long as I can remember at least - regardless if the toon has done any argent tourny stuff.

Still don't understand why they aren't completely account wide though. Other faction mounts usually give you the alliance equivalent or vice versa. :/ I wouldn't mind some of the mounts on Alliance side but definitely not doing that all over again.

I added 3 mounts to my collection myself recently. RaF'd myself to get the remaining ones I needed while everything was on sale; I really like the zhevra.

Thanks all for the information and clarification.. it seems my old brain gets more easily addled than I thought.

Well, I now have all the Argent Tournament achievements and titles (the reputation-based ones), and can now grind the Champion's Seals on four different toons. I think it should take me around a month to get all the Seals I need to get all of the tournament mounts, and I will finally hit 250 mounts!
