I've said it before (they've been a let down on this a lot this expansion) but the rez on the eyes of anything is so so important.

I think them being in the same family as Porcupines (assuming they don't get their own), would be alright. However, they would need to change the family name to something else.
Rodent
Quillbeast
Buckteeth
Vermin
Scavenger
huge ass rat
I still hope the marsuul kit renamed into joey.
eli5?
Unfortunately Wayne's already confirmed the small skin file, suggesting they may have been only intended to be a battle pet (which would make sense as they do look more rodentesque that bestial.)pop wrote:there's a chance that the screenshot made on lower graphic setting.

+1 to thisWain wrote:It reminds me, though. I just wanted to say how much I love the huge colour range in most of these new creatures. They're really beautiful and varied. No "three skins only" in this lot! The artists have gone to a lot of work and I for one am really appreciative of them.
Well w3e don't need it to be big to be tameable. I mean our porcupines are relatively small. Having another small sized pet is a good thing imho.SpiritBinder wrote:Unfortunately Wayne's already confirmed the small skin file, suggesting they may have been only intended to be a battle pet (which would make sense as they do look more rodentesque that bestial.)pop wrote:there's a chance that the screenshot made on lower graphic setting.
Vermin would be perfect. It's vague enough to encompass any sort of annoying creature, and there's no need to worry about it being in the same animations and skeletons like Spirit Beasts. Armadillos, Beavers, Porcupines, Marsuuls, and Rats from Karazhan would fit perfectly. Give them a Mortal Wounds ability for the entire family, and it'd be perfect; Armadillos carry disease, Beavers bite your nipple off, Porcupines stab you, Rats bite and poison you, and Marsuuls...do whatever fishrats do.pop wrote: Vermin

It's quite feasel that this will be a tameable Marsuul, much like Ghostcrawler was a spirit beast.

Yeah, mainly it's actually *playable* again since it seems like they fixed the crash bug.Valnaaros wrote:I don't think there will be too much, if anything, to find this week. They repaired the rest of the questline and adding some more items to the database. To my knowledge, no new areas have been opened up.
