I personally like Cherub/Butterfly/Scales on him. As for breed, it looks good on what he is now or Snapper.

If you can shell out the gems, he looks AMAZING as a guardian with iri/shim/runes. Male guardians just show off chocolate shimmer so well! Any primary would work with it, I think.

Sooo I'm having trouble with Faron again. I'd left him as he was with ripple/current/contour and kinda sorta forgot about him. Then jaguar and rosette came out and I browsed the thread Ashaine had linked and now wonder if they would work as well. Along with the included possibility of Jupiter/Saturn. Guh. What do you guys think? I've already updated him to have crackle instead of contour.

He's based off of one of LupisDarkmoon's characters who is in turn based off of Skoll

Jupiter/Saturn give a bit more of a lightning-y feel but I'm worried it's too busy with the crackle. Ripple/Current is a toned-down version of that but I feel it's too flat. Jaguar/Rosette give that fading on the muzzle (less noticeable cos of the crackle) and paws that really match Skoll's colouring but I don't know if the actual pattern works for him.

I actully think jupiter/saturn works well with crackle. It seems to make the crackles flow and brings it to life.

AaaaaaAA, I completley forgot about DragonFaron!! Aw heck, that made me happy to see again. I gotta agree, though, I think he's really looking his best with Jupiter/Saturn.

I am going to post this here as well.
I am at the point of exalting all my pairs and shutting down my hatchery for good. I though maybe I would ask for some advice. Are my pairs seriously that ugly or is my hatchery a disorganized mess or am I just that unlucky?

You are just unlucky. Your pair is amazing!! Dont exalt them! Hardly anything sells. I exalted 2/3 of my jaguar babies. I think your dragons looks so good!

I would guess just unlucky, though I'd be more likely to say it's sort of the "new norm." Nothing sells anymore. Them opening up the site for the "newbie weeks" or whatever means squat all when more and more and more dragons just keep flooding the AH at cheaper and cheaper prices. Not really much in the way of unique combinations or whatnot anymore; even really pretty dragons just don't have much of a chance.

I don't think you should just get rid of your pairs; I feel like that's just a drastic over-reaction. The game becomes far more tolerable if you just breed for yourself; if people are interested in the offspring, great, and if not, it's not like you're losing out. They'll still sell on the AH or can be exalted; either way you're getting profit and it was exciting to see the results of the breeding.

Yeah probably , may be being a tad hormonal today . I don't know part is I'm frustrated because I can't expand and unless you have one of those popular hatcheries going you're totally out of luck. They need to make it more luring to just exalt and maybe clear up some of the over population. Thank you for responding
