Horned steed [Stag] tameability

Horned steeds are tameable as Stags. This page is so we can consolidate checking their tameability. All their looks are on:

I've also added all known NPCs of these models to our database. Click on an individual look to see which NPCs use that appearance. That should make it easy to check their tameability next build.

There are also six unused colours (4 dreamrunners and 2 zhevras). It's possible that some of them may be added as new NPCs at the same time.

I haven't been this excited for a new pet model in ages. I just hope they don't make them cunning pets so I can make an excuse to use it in raid.

If anything, they should be tenacity. Horses are VERY sturdy animals with impressive stamina. They're smart and they can crack a skull, but their stamina and large bodies are their main focus.

I hope the brown/blue is put in the game. Its a beautiful color combination.



Maybe they will do a generic Steed family that could include these and even horses. That would be fitting with BfA.

I train horses as a hobby. Namely wild mustangs. So you can imagine why the prospect of this one excites me so much.

Not gonna look forward to waiting for Somber Dawn to spawn though, nor trying to tame a rare spawn on Broken Shore when its presence is announced to everyone on the map, xD

I still like the name Scythehorns for these, hopefully they come up with a creative name and not something simple like Equine or Horse.

Devious Sunrunner and Sinister Leyrunner are untamable.

Jojo the Palestrider is untamable.

Wild Manarunner is tamable.

Wild Dreamrunner is tamable.

Tormented Shadowrunners are tamable.

Charlie is untamable (since he is dead).
