Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Just wanted to make a note that Viperlash is not tameable.

Fixed, thanks!
It appears that it was tameable originally, but at some point it changed.

The Warp Rays in Suramar are listed under the blue nether rays. In-game they are purple.

I’m sure he was originally but they must have changed it. Thanks for letting me know

Bird of Prey, Dark-Eye Raven (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=69349) from outside the Throne of Thunder is no longer dark teal-coloured like the other ravens (though they are carrion birds), it is now black like the "upcoming looks" model displayed. https://i.imgur.com/SSYaHpu.jpg
Thanks for all the amazing work that you do.

I can confirm that the Soultainted Cobra does not scale, it is straight up 120
Saltscale Riverbeast and Shore Saurid Matriarch are also 120 to me.

Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
They're 120 only if you're of the opposing faction.
Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Ugh, how does that work? This is getting complicated. :/. Are they different IDs and in different phases?

Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Nope, same IDs and phases, they just don't scale to the opposing faction. There is an area that you're supposed to remain in whilst you are setting up your faction hub in each of the enemy zones. Mobs within that area scale. If you go outside of it, they don't.
Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Thanks. How messy I'll have to set up a special flag and warning for that.

Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Thanks Wain. I agree very messy, and I don't really understand why they did it. RP? Please.
Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Just following up -as I mentioned in another thread, all looks pages that have open-world Zandalar and Kul Tiras pets that scale now have a note under the list that mentions the scaling quirk.

Not tameable but for the sake of completion, here's a yellow Krolusk that isn't on the site yet.
Clatterback, 120 elite, in a hidden cave in Vol'dun.

Added it. Thanks! It looks like it defends caves in at least a couple of locations.

Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
Yes, you're right! I ended up running into more while doing the secret puzzle for Baa'l. They all have the same name at least, and I imagine all are equally untameable. (they have a one-shot hit so it would be tricky to tame them regardless)Wain wrote:Added it. Thanks! It looks like it defends caves in at least a couple of locations.
Re: Petopia Corrections - Current Patch Only
That's fantastic! Finally you can get one without having to know someone with that Draenor quest. Thanks for reporting thisRawr wrote:Ravenous Sandworm from the quest Sandfishing are tamable and are the only other Red Jormungar it seems.
I don't suppose you also tame-tested the beige version of the Krolusk Dunecrawler that spawns during the quest? I went there just now but I think the quest is over Wowhead says it's flagged tameable so I set it tameable for now.
