Tyrande has been given a new model, and Mal has a unique bear form.

Wow, that Tyrande outfit is very.... AION looking. Somehow it looks like an AsianRPG rather than what we're used to in WoW.

Also, damn, do I wish Blizzard could make aquatic hunter pets a thing. I would love to tame a mosasaurus.

Wait. Did they finally update the Tallstrider model? FINALLY? Or is that just like, a Tallstrider Loa?

Also, keep in mind that Tyrande's eyes are not actually black most likely. The glow is a special effect, so it wouldn't be present on the model.

Multiple colors, so it's an update.

That was the model that needed the update the most IMO. Though I'm surprised it's not more feathered.

Crossing my fingers that they'll have time to do that taming pass for 8.1! Hopefully a lot of beasts that never got flagged will be fixed.

I'm really not liking that Tallstrider model. Especially the white one aka the one I use ;-;

The tallstriders meet and exceed any expectations and I adore them! They look SO good! And the nightsabers got the update they deserved. Their facial markings are wonderful and they look so soft!

Is there a glow? what kind is it? the gems on her armor and the name of the new customization for NE made me think they might change it to black or lose it entirely.

Nope:

The Alliance is getting a new scenario that covers Tyrande's exploits against the Horde in Darkshore in the immediate aftermath of Teldrassil's burning. It involves her undertaking a ritual to become the Night Warrior, giving her a new model with dark eyes. Completion of this scenario unlocks "Night Warrior" customization options for Night Elves.

Seems there is no glow

I'm quite aware of that scenario. The original Wowhead article stated that the glow wouldn't properly render. They have removed that since, but we will see when the actual model is seen ingame.
