Honestly, if they have a version of the Mag'har heritage mount model without the armor, they could easily put a saddle on it and make an updated level 20 wolf mount.
There are also:
There is a Black Warsaber mount too, but WoWhead currently has the old Warsaber from MoP (?) displayed in its stead.
But going by the icons, I'm fairly sure it's meant to be this one:
Warcraft Devs really need to cut back on giving Alliance so damn many equine mounts this expansion. It's getting a bit overkill. ALL our rep mounts, and the Kul Tiran racial mount, are just horses in different armor. Feels a letdown.
Seriously, it's like that "Doctor Bees" YouTube thing, but with ponies...
Warcraft : "WHAT'S THIS?! The Alliance fanbase is disappointed by an overabundance of horse mounts? This large influx of HORSE MOUNTS should fix that!"
A horse is really the only mount that fits KTs as a whole. Yes, there are Wicker Beasts, but they would only really fit the Thornspeakers (KT Druids) and could possibly fit the Order of Embers. The main mount of Kul Tiras has been shown to be horses, so it makes sense. At least this one has unique armor.
Unfortunately, I think the KT mount had to be a horse. The racial mount is timeless and has to be iconic for the race, regardless of how many other horse mounts have been added this expansion already. And horses are the only ones that fit that.
It's the rep mounts that could have been done differently and I think they did a poor job of. Sure, most of the interesting non-horse alternatives for the zone reps were also flying, but (i) so is the blood tick they gave horde and (ii) I'm certain players would have been fine with using flying mounts to glide around non-flying zones if it meant getting a little more variety. The bee would have been perfect, as it's big and fat and looks less unusual flying close to the ground.

The answer to this is quite simple....make it so there are no more human factions that are undiscovered. Start finding more undiscovered elf or dwarf or even *gulp* gnomes. Not that I want any more mechanostriders in the game.

Yeah, it really did have to be a horse for Kul'tirans and I like the horse. I definitely use it. I like all the (new) horses. My non-zone specific Livestock lineup includes every single one of them. But they really could have done better with some more unusual mounts for the Alliance. I mean, Order of Embers could at least have been the pack mule, instead of it being a zone drop, if they didn't want to use wickerbeasts.
