Keep getting logged out.

When you log in, you are checking the box to keep you logged in? Sorry if that's a silly question but I just had to ask. I noticed that with the new board version on my phone it sometimes logs me in as soon as I retrieve my password data from the phone, before I even have a chance to check the box.

Yup! Each time when I get logged out, I uncheck the box that says "Keep Logged in" and then recheck it just to make sure its actually checked.
But every time I make sure that is is indeed checked.

Today i was logged out 6-7 times both on mobile and stationary. It don't take long for me to log in but thought I repport it anyway

Two things to consider:
- are you sure you manage to check the “keep me logged in” box before it logs you in? I’ve noticed that on my phone it now logs me in as soon as I add the password (via the phone’s password manager), before I can even check the box. So I have to check it first.
- is it possible you’re in a situation where you’re changing IPs a lot? That could affect things

So far, since my last mention of it happening, I have not been logged out again.

Site is still a bit slow sometimes, but other than that, all seems well.

Always check the remember me thing.
Haven't been outside my appartement in 3 weeks so no change of ip.
Not sure why it logs me out but I don't see it as a problem either so if I am the only one getting it no reason to look into it

Sorry I've been experiencing some errors too, including with Warcraft Mounts. There's unfortunately nothing I can do about it, really. I've told out server owner all I know and observe but he hasn't been able to pinpoint the cause yet.

Yikes. Took me 5 minutes to load the site, was logged out, then another 3 minutes to load after logging back in.
Sorry this is happening, Wain. If I was even one bit of computer, coding and/or server literate, I would offer to try to help figure out what is going on. But alas, all I know about anything computer or server related is that you push a button to turn it on and make sure everything is plugged in :C

*raises hand* Back when this issue was first reported I was experiencing occasional logouts here and there, but they seemed to stop after a while. However the logouts are back in full force, and I'm getting logged out (just about) every day now. Not really an issue since my info is saved anyway and all I have to do is click the login button, but still very weird since I'm definitely making sure to check the "keep me logged in" option every time. Just figured I'd chime in as another one experiencing this!

. It’s so odd.

I’m not experiencing the logouts at all on this site, (though I get the feeling WCM is logging me out more frequently).

BUT Jon is going to replace our server disk. It seems that the new one is dodgy and causing a lot of our timeout issues. Hopefully the replacement will fix it. Our sites will be down for a little while when this occurs.

If the logout issues continue afterwards we can look at it again then.

It took a few days to coordinate with the hosting company, but we have a brand new disk installed now, so everything should be running smoothly from here on out!

Any issues getting logged out recently? Now the disk is fixed we can concentrate on that, if it's still an issue.
