Can we talk about how amazing the snake jump animation is?

I need a video compilation of dozens of hunters doing that now. Last day of PTR, we need everyone on a hunter with a snake pet doing EotB and jumping.

I had fun doing that with snake pets, I’m going to troll people with this when prepatch goes live, where I can gank low levels with EOTB

Their running is like they’re tiny lol, but huge and speedy, I can stand by the guardian mage tower bear and overpower them with its height

Will Blizzard increase the number of pets you can bring with you?

As of right now, there is no indication that they plan on changing the amount.

I just checked out the gargon on Wowhead MV, and everything was fine until the dodge animation, they’re faces are smooshed and funny when they dodge, here it is, reminds me of Popeye, or the people who can make their mouth rise higher than their nose

The Soulseeker is weirder, the jaw clips above it’s mouth

The only creature with the skeleton who doesn’t mouth clip is an ankylodon(zandalari bear) and a brambleback(kul tiran bear)

That Qiraji titan jump animation looks like it's bipedal. Almost like it's ready to check your vibe

Isn't this because they unpruned Tranquilizing Shot? Would be weird to have 2 different dispells on different cooldowns.

this is exactly it, we get tranq shot baseline so all those pets that had a purge as a special ability now have nothing :?

The Sutured Fleshfeaster now uses the previously unused teal variant of the stitched hound model.

WerebearGuy wrote: Thu Aug 13, 2020 1:37 pm Yeah, cunning is way overdue for a fix/overhaul. They're literally the wrong choice, and have been ever since the forced pet spec was implemented. Really, it should just be removed. Put Master's Call into all hunter specs as a baseline ability, and convert all cunning pets to either Ferocity or Tenacity. Mechanicals for example should be tenacity while serpents should be ferocity, for example. Cunning sacrifices all benefits for a snare removal, which is exceedingly lackluster. It's like bringing a Windwalker Monk to any content (poor WW Monks, BfA did you wrong).

Unrelated, but I'm (not) proud to report that Bloodbeak is still doing the tame bug on PTR. Buggy bird.
the movement speed is kind of helpful, but not as good defensively as leech or health. add in avoidance and it would complete the "getting out of danger fast and safe" idea.

OK, so it's a stretch but would someone be so kind as to drop a suggestion in the beta to suggest that the Nerubian Fliers and Skitterers might be made tameable as undead beasts?

Personally think it'd be a good idea. Where'd they fit, though? Spiders? Maybe Aqiri?

I think the giant beetle nerubian me should be aqiri, and the flyers and skitterers should be spiders

Giant beetles? If you mean the ones that have a silithid colossus rig, those are people. They're huge, but they're people. Kind of like how the giant gorilla trolls are still trolls.

Crypt Lords are sadly far more sentient than Aqir Goliaths, Kunchong and Silithid Colossi.

But I feel like the Spiderlings and Flyers could work well, yeah.
