Does anyone know wether Bjomolf can spawn lower than 72? wowhead says he spawn 67-72...but ive killed him about 5 times and he's only coming up as 72 >_>

hehe, dont worry, the eyes are fake sofar as i can tell. you know how when you grab the skin that a cat has on the back of his neck that the mothers use to carry em? its basically that, but with a rabbit instead of a cat

I think I've only seen Bjomolf at level 72. It's been a while since I've hunting him down though.

He's only spawned as 72 for me, and I've tamed him four times, and killed him for the quest three or so times.

There's a wowhead comment that says it's random:

If you kill him he will respawn at any level ranging from 67 to 72. So if you're too low to tame him, kill him and hope for a lower level respawn.

I honestly don't know though. Keep at it and maybe you'll get lucky? Or just return when you're 72?

Well, i ended up killing him a good 15 times, and he only spawned as a 72 for me. i found his spawn, and he repawns every 2.5 minuites or so. im just gunna make do with one of the random colour wolves till 72, then ill go back and tame him

There is a bug in the WoWhead data collecting tool that register the mob's levels as what your character sees it, not as what it actually is. By that I'm talking about getting drunk! No, seriously, when your character is drunk, the levels of the mobs will go down, as far as 5 levels bellow what they really are. So yeah, 72 minus 5 equals 67. There you have it!

Ah, that explains it! I was wondering why it showed lower levels when people clearly haven't ever seen that... >_< Stupid of me not to think of the drunk effect.
