Nathanos pets

Hey all, I noticed the 2 named pets Nathanos summoned show as tameable.

Wasn't able to snag one as in a raid group killing him they quickly got aggro'd by others.

Anyone know if they are unique skins? Or has anyone snagged one to see if it keeps it's name?

Plaguefang and Blight-howl are the names

Having done some digging and side by side comparing i think they are

These are unfortunately a tease because they'll never be tameable.

They are flagged right now as such, but since they're level 51 elites, they're too high level to tame. And they'll be gone once Shadowlands gets here, so we have no opportunity to reach 51 ourselves. It's a shame, I would have liked to "save" them.

Well, even though it’s a fun thread about nathanos’ hounds, you can tame some of the same skinned ones in nagrand or Karazhan if you prefer the ghostly ones
