I've been waiting over 15 years for this. Always wanted to play a Dark Ranger. Finally my character looks the way I've always wanted her to. What an amazing quest chain too, I feel fulfilled as a Forsaken player.

After some reconsideration, I realized I wasn't a fan of the pasty gaunt skin option for this Dark Ranger look. Plus the overall set, while nice (the hood in particular, the overall look is....ok. So changed a few more things with my version of a "Dark Ranger" using other items from other sets and going back to my original darker live skin tones...with blue eyes over red. Overall I don't mind this look.

Actually its a combo of several sets. the chest is from either Wotlk or Cata, the gloves, belt and legs are part of that Castle Nartha set (or the pvp one) from SL, and the boots, and shoulders from BfA.

With this new epilogue patch, don't forget to check out some key quest chains for some interesting cosmetics weapons, armor sets and mounts. Case in point: the "Veil-Touched Ranesur," Polearm.

Im warming up to the dark ranger set.. just without the shoulder and a tabard... not quite the right tone of brown in the tabard though...

Haven't posted in years but with the new mog and skins I had to get some pictures of the mog ( one i created and the newest added). I was beyond happy they added int he dark ranger skin, as well as the armor and had hoped one day it would be a playable class, but when they added in the night warrior skin I had hoped one day they would do the same for the dark rangers. When I was told they added it I had thought it was just something that was datamined but not certain and talk about a lovely surprise to find out that was not the case lol. It has always been something that I wanted and was beyond ecstatic to see they implemented it. I always ran with green armor on SIliverin but now that they added the skin and armor, I don't see it honestly ever changing to anything else now. I may tweak the armor or bow here or there but, even though it may seem boring to just use all the pieces, it fits Sili perfectly <3. As well as her two faithful dark hounds, BlightHowl (so sad about not being able to use the - in the name lol) and Plaguefang. Kudos if you know where the names are from The first one I made to give off Nathanos vibes. I hope to get Sylvs bow one day to go with the dark ranger mog, but that will end up waiting until the raid is solo-able since my raid guild has all but stopped playing.

Side note: I'm really enjoying using the outfit swap option of saved mogs per character. Adding that feature with the group photo option makes for a good storytelling of your character at different stages of their adventures via looks.
