Basically some friends have summoned me a hunter Tauren Highmountain lvl 10 in Df to see if I could find this little bird and tame them and level with it..
But I've been unable to find one that scales to lvl 10.
On the page there are some that fit, maybe not anymore? have they fixed them?

Yes, while looking for them along the thing on the right side, I have found some dragon-horses that have adjusted to my level but I have not found eagles, sons of the eagle God...
Does anyone know where they can be and that they scale down?

They must have been fixed. They're all level 70 now.
I suspect that level 1 creatures usually often occur when the area they're in hasn't beeb given a scaling range in the game database. That's why it usually happens to creatures on the edges of maps. The area must have been fixed.
