Hey, wanted to point out the indigo variant of umbraclaw has been removed from angered umbraclaws, must have been removed during the late ptr cycle while I was on vacation, I couldn’t get one to spawn and checked wowhead

Great for mosa, not so great for hunters, but this beast is unique now so people who like unique skins would hunt this beast

I agree, the same goes for ristar the rabid, only uses a unique look and drops a form. It’s going to be rough, but only gets better in the next few months

Despite the fact it's a crab, and has crab abilities when tamed:



It's an exotic pet and requires BM to tame. I tried taming as MM and said not tameable, so I beast lored it and... yea.

I remember the same case with Beakers in DF beta, despite being classed as a tallstrider, it was exotic, I miss my plain white bird

@Wain - There is a "new" Spider during a new side quest called "Cavern Cleaning". It is blue metallic and called "Hecutta". It is tameable during the quest but unfortunately doesn't keep its name. It's not in the database

Also, the purple tarantulas that previously inhabited that cave seem to have been removed entirely, even for players who haven't started the quest yet (I even checked on a level 60). Fortunately, there are other occurrences of that colour.

I can confirm that the new replacement spiders are removed completely once the quest is over, and the new inhabitants move in.

The Juicy Beetles that are also part of this quest chain seem to a permanent addition to their area, whether or not you've done the quests. They're a really common colour, though.

That also got me a bit, they’re basically just fat owlcats at this point. They’re close in size scale with soulseekers and vombata which share the same skeleton. Hopefully they’ll get a size buff soon
