Patch 11.0.7 New possible pets?

Also in the database, Trained Parrots, in all four newer-parrot colours (including purple):

They're flagged tameable, but even if it turns out those are from Plunderstorm, the find is significant for one reason:
that purple skin hasn't been available on the wild model until now - it was only ever added to the mount model. But someone has finally copied it over, so it's a good sign!

I hope the spectral wyverns won’t be exotic spirit beasts. New wyverns lack the colors compared to the old model. And did anyone spot any tameable new armored boar combos, when I went to the isle yesterday on the ptr. All the sirentusks were basic black and brown skins. The piglets were using the tan with red mane skin

Yes, there are a couple of new combos, though they are rare, it seems.

Damn! My Siren Isle piggies (Sirentusk) have lost their armour. I've only just arrived on the island and I hope I can find some that do, but was bummed

If they're meant to be wild pigs and not escapees / abandoned ones then it makes sense, but still sad the black with armour was amazing.

Followup on the latest boar changes (armour removed):

Wowhead lists the 'Escaped Stonesniffer' as an addition to the latest build. It's flagged as tameable and I think has all the armoured boar looks that were removed from the wild boars in the area. I'm just not sure where it appears, yet.

As far as I know, neither have been added in yet (if they ever will). I've finished all of the quests on the isle and have looked around Khaz Argal. Nothing.

Did I remember something about different invading NPCs at different times, though? Maybe I imagined seeing that. Otherwise, it's possible next week we'll see something different.

There's three different weeks of invasions, yeah. When the ptr started, it was Naga that you could find. The reveal of the island stated there was a rotation between Naga, Vrykul, and something else that I can't recall. It's possible that there's a few exclusives due to that.

This week and last have been exactly the same. Vrykul and Naga both invading. They probably haven't implemented the invasions yet.

Yes, I figured that it was either with the pirate invasion or with Plunderstorm that we would see them.

I'm trying to zone into Priory of the Sacred Flame to see if any of the war lynx cats (and the golden lynx color) are tameable, but so far the ptr just says that the dungeons aren't available. I'll keep trying though!

As far as I know, they aren't tamable and haven't been made tamable.

Siren Isle is old and busted. The Warcraft Direct, that just aired, showed us 11.1. This takes place in the Undermine, and the patch is called Undermined. Two noteworthy beasts were shown; a blue crab with a bomb as a shell, and a yellow mechanical devilsaur (likely a boss). They also teased Midnight, showing the most hype teaser for PLAYER HOUSING; we better be able to get our pets to sleep by the fire with us!

Now actually on topic; hell yeah purple parrot!
