Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the only case of this been when they added a Chromaggus lookalike outside of the raid? We haven't been fortunate enough to get budget boss mobs since then. Would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath for this.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't we able to tame Skorpyron's trash before the boss was made tamable? Are we also discounting beasts that were summoned by Raid Bosses such as in WoD, Warlord Darmac summoned the Iron Horde Elekk named Ironcrusher, which we can tame outside, initially on a vignette and also the Iron Wolves, which we could only tame first at the end of the expansion?
