Nether Rays (Outland) got a new updated model that's 100% faithful, and it looks AMAZING. Comes in at least three colors in the wild.
Warp Stalkers got their mount model as a tameable. Found in various places.
New green worm using the model Val posted is tameable (Worm). Found on the western island.
New Roamers (the talbuk things) are not attackable. Found in the eastern eco-dome.
New Foxes are not attackable. Found in the eastern eco-dome.
New Water Striders are only critters, and also not attackable.

No screenshots, servers kicked me and I was too occupied looking at a whole lot of NOTHING (lots of sand)

Dungeon crashes when you try to enter, so can't check in there just yet. Aside from reused colors of krolusks and gromits, there's...not a whole lot. Maybe some of the enemies hidden by the legendary cloak use new models?

Oh my gosh, I’m so pumped for these new models, the nether ray looks like an observer for hunters lol, I’m glad the new warp stalker is here, I’m sick of the slow walk from the old model, the worm looks so cool, but I don’t think I’ll tame it, and the new mount models look awesome

There are void variants of the new warp stalker, though one is friendly and the others are just not tameable (in delve).
Orange mana rays are tameable and abundant.
Updated model Nether Ray comes in Red, Green, Purple, and Blue (1:1 to old colors, just better quality). No sign of Gold.
Purple worm is a rare, but a paladin took it off of me.

I'm watching a friend do the quests, and he got the cloak. If you go into the other phase, new mobs pop up.
Enraged K'arrac Shade is one of the new birds. Comes in red and gold. Spawns on the eastern island south of the Eco-Dome. They look ghostly, but they don't keep the effect when tamed. Uses the grounded roc animations. Tameable!
Enraged Slateback Shade is one of the new stags. Comes in orange and tan. Spawns far west of the Eco-dome on the eastern island. Again, doesn't keep ghostly look. Uses shalehorn animations. Currently not tameable.
Enraged Thorntale Shade is one of the new foxes. Comes in brown and white. Spawns on the southwestern part of the eastern island. No ghostly look. Tameable!
Enraged Lapbug Shade is one of the new water striders. He didn't check the colors. Spawns on the western island. Not tameable yet.

So far I’m digging those new models, so far I’m kind of excited for what’s to come as new hunter pets, hopefully devourers soon, the new birds also look cool, like a intimidating lightning bird without lightning

Ray is clearly the wrong classification, but what SHOULD it be? Feathermane? Also, hell yeah tameable razorwing! Lurker dev, take notes!

How big? The green worm is pretty big, but standard worm size. Also, hell yeah name retention!

Just tamed both tameable razorwings, Gore Beak is classed as a ray and is tiny when tamed, Sha’ryth the Cursed is classed as a bird of prey and keeps its large size, both red *sigh, where’s the brown one*

Oh man I hope this means they might make devourers tamable.

Is that it for the new beasts? A handful of yet more bugs, worms and reptiles? Another fox and the armored ox that uses the pug-nosed squashed bodied mono-horn stag skeleton? I saw there's a void dragon rare or elite roaming about, has anyone encountered it and seen if it's listed as dragonkin and potentially tameable? This whole expansion has been so disappointing in the pet department.
