Hey, the white and gold windsteeds are in and tameable. They're near that cave where you fight the black heavenly cloud serpent with fireworks in the starting one.

Yeah, they were hotfixed in. They were never there before. Someone posted about them on Bluesky about an hour or so ago.

Hold on, I knew something looked odd about Wain's pets when I was crashing his house a few minutes ago. I thought that was just the lighting, but he had the two new looks out the whole time. Man I'm blind. Good to see the other colors are available now!

I had to don some Pandaren transmog as well. I really love that outfit model.

Grrr. Made a panda in remix to level to 80 specifically to do the panda heritage quest on, since I did not have a panda at all up till now.

And of course, converting from remix has been bugged all week and is still bugged or disabled.

I want to get windsteed enough that I am considering race changing an alt that I hardly use cause this is frustrating.

Darkmoon Faire starts up soon, and MoP timewalking is up next reset, so instead of wasting money on a service, just level a panda the normal way! Fortunately, the heritage area isn't going away, so you have all the time in the world to get there.

Can you get heritage armor when you race change? I thought you couldn't use boosts or other ways, that you had to level it ?

I'm not sure about race changes, but I'm pretty sure boosts work. It's the allied races that have extra restrictions and require you to level them in the old fashioned, painstaking way.

(Or you can get them to 50 in maybe an hour on Remix )

But we're still not allowed to convert a timerunner to retail apparently they chose to not fix that this week. Sigh.

They'll be automatically converted next year, so they likely aren't going to "fix" the conversions. Conversions were consistently being used for very much unintended purposes, so this is very likely Blizzard preventing that mistake from happening again. As nice as it was of them to let us convert early, it just led to a ton of issues that took them far too long to realize that they screwed up somewhere, and they applied a bandaid fix instead of ironing out the problem. Just gotta be patient and wait at this point to get your remix characters.

I just logged into wow and the conversions are back-I was able to convert my panda to standard so now I can do the heritage quest-woot!
