Nothing concrete, really, but I'd wondered if anyone has tried to call out Filo after having done the full steps to purify Uuna? Seems a long shot, but the Tablet of Filo reads like one of the secret ledgers, and ends with "To reach Filo, come to him and play. Only a child or the purest heart hold him in sway." I haven't fully completed Uuna's story just yet, and just wanted to know if anyone who has might have tried something with it?
The next bit is, since it summons Filo as a mob when the requirements are met, has anyone tried to kite and whittle him down to see if he has a requirement similar to Deth'tilac?

According to both WoWhead and in-game reports, Filo isn't flagged as tamable. Even if he had a requirement like Deth'tilac that required him to be whittled down to a certain health threshold, data and Beast Lord would still show whether or not he was tamable. Besides that, he is currently misclassified as a Scalehide (just an untamable one), and Blizz tends to not make Loa tamable nor reuse models of Loa that are armored/decorated.

Ah, thanks for the reply Val. I know a bit of that was probably dumb questioning, I was just curious on a few pieces there.
