Taming Mounts

I think Blizz would have to severely restrict it - one slow and one fast ground mount, like pallies and locks.

In that way, and with restrictions on what could be a mount, I think it could be done. I think that, like pallies and warlocks, each class should get a class specific mount. Hunters could tame them, Mages could summon them, etc.
Course, I also think every crafting profession should include a mount, like tailoring and engineering do. Though what an inscription mount would be... Flying fountain pen?

Considering how there are mount options for warlocks, paladins and basically druids I don't see why it would be all that unfair. If, say, there were a small yet interesting selection of tamable mounts but you could only choose one to have stabled and must purchase the stable slot, perhaps even a quest (or if they are lazy, lots of money) to earn the ability to train a mount. Fun and interesting creatures, with the option of releasing and selecting another one. As a hunter perk it doesn't seem so very wrong or unfair to be able to tame a creature to the extent that you ride it.

Another method perhaps would be if you could simply select one of your pets that you could ride, certain approved types of creatures that could bear the weight, a bit like pokemon style. A special training purchase that upgrades particular pets into mounts could be made available.

There are a few ways they could go about it, but I don't see why it would be so unfair. Imagine riding around on a corehound or devilsaur... it'd be grand!

I was thinking they would just let us tame already mount models things like the worg (riding wolves) skins like Ironjaw or Gondria or Lost Torranche (its the same as the Belf Hawkstrider mounts). Here's hoping

A leatherworking mount would be a "Patchwork Bat" quest, you'll need lots of embalming fluid for that and some help from the Apothecary (Horde).............and I'm not sure who the Alliance would go to for that.....

If they did make us mounts i highly doubt we would be able to choose it i mean other classes with mounts can't.
