I here hedgehogs are good cooked >.> like its an old gypsey thing to do. Thye bake them in clay so when they take them out there spines get stuck in the clay.

Hedgehogs are cool! Unfortunately in the state that I live in they are illegal to own as pets (along with ferrets, skunks and many other furry animals).Mania wrote:Fuzzy like a hedgehog! (I had to bathe our hedgehog last night. Ouch.)

My husband has a hedgehog. He's only smelly because my husband doesn't clean his cage often enough. But yeah, he's a bit messy. They have this thing where they love to run on wheels (like big hamster wheels, not like on a skateboard or something) and poop at the same time, which is just ... messy. And needs to be cleaned often. And doesn't get cleaned often enough unless I nag.
Anyway ... I can see those spiny raptors being a bit feathery and a bit .. err .. spiny, much like the hedgehog (who has this really soft undercoat).
