Does anyone have word on the ghost saber yet? Some say hes still there, others say hes gone. I want to know, as right now I am having a VERY hard time sorting out what pet.. (okay only ONE) to toss to snach em up...

The post on this thread by a Beta tester says the statues are still there, the only posts saying they're not are from people who've watched video's and saw the area has changed, ie they're guessing. They're staying.

I'm not sure. Did a fly by up where the statues used to be and didn't see anything. Checked all the spawnplaces I could think up off the top of my head.

Easiest way to check is pop there on a dwarf, the statues show up with 'find treasure'.

about the ghostsaber, I've seen the statues, but there are 3 or so left in the area and it sure has changed. I tried to touch the statues, but as you all know it can be a long time for the saber to spawn. I think they let him stay.

Ghostsabers have been confirmed so no worries, they're still there.

But you know the fact of irritating guys and lucky guys? well the most irritating lucky guy who found the ghostsaber has killed it :/

Alright, then I just failed at my cursory glance. xD

Also, Timber seems to be gone. His spawn point had been taken over by the gnome king and his enemy, his name I can't remember. I circled the island he is, and his snow tracker dogs are there, spread out, but no Timber. I'd chalk it up to rare, but he is ALWAYS there when I go to see him. Sooooo...I think Timber's gone.

I'm sure the request has already been made but have you checked for the blue south barrens scorpid skin??? I'm curious to know and also waiting for word on the Clutchmother and Azzere.

I know that both The Barrens and Darkshore have been scoured for signs of the scorpids or the Clutchmother. If they're still in the game they must be in a new zone, and that could be anywhere.

I find it curious that the 2 most endangered skins are both teal/turquoise colours.

Interesting point Veph. Maybe I should tame one just in case. I do have some pets that I could get back once the new stable slots hit. That's the only Scorpid skin I like.

I'm pretty sure I heard the new stable slots will be implemented before Cataclysm anyways, so you'll have plenty of time to grab what you want beforehand.

It's what happened with the other expansions; I'm sure it'll be the case here too.
