New skin pictures and more

I saw those Blighthounds this morning and dropped a beast lore on them, they're non-tameable.

Also weren't they always there? part of a Horde quest if I remember correctly, though I think the quest giver has been moved or removed.

You know, I was just thinking that. If they just change the NPCs model-id, currently tamed ones should change into it.

If that's the case, then I may go out and get Soriid now because that new look is just totally awesome.

I would definitely say that someone with Beta should tame him on a hunter in the live realm and then make a copy of that character over to the beta server. It should mimic what would happen after the expansion hits I presume, so we could probably test it out to see if a pet would change appearance or not.

yea and if it works i would keep it off the radars as much as possible since thats why the dragonhawks got nerfed.....until live just the community should know with no big announcements lest we lose the ability to have it

BUt really, this should work. Pets keep their model-IDs after they're tamed, and unless they simply remove the original mob altogether, which would affect the tamed version, tamed ones should change their appearance. That's the reason for the occasional bug where a pet gets it's original size and name.

I am now itching to go tame it, like...tonight. Even if it means coughing up Rak'shiri for a while and having only one pet I can use in my Survival spec.

There's been additional colours for the Jormungar in the viewer since Wrath came out, I really hope Blizzard decides to use some of them.

yes but they where on the half submerged models this is on the tameable ones and the white skin is new!

Love to the new Jormonger skins <3!! I always wanted a Jormonger, but I wanted the blue, grayish one at the Tournament grounds. Adding some new ones would make me happy, XD.

*nod* The jormungarlarva (the ones we can tame) only had the two colors.

Yup, I meant that since there were already pre-existing colour schemes I had hopes that someday they would apply them to the tameable model.

The green two-headed vulture existed as Torgos in Terokkar Forest before, but he couldn't be tamed. I think this model will prove to be quite popular. He's such a vivid green.

I let out an actual, "Ooo!" here at work!

That gray one is very nice but I really like the white one with the purple sides and stuff. Neat find!!!

Already been discovered, but those are really lovely pics - and those are ALWAYS worth sharing! *squees a bit, as she intends to tame one herself, once she picks a name*

I believe the darker one of the two worms is Dreadscale....yep!
