it seems in the new area of "The OverGrowth" has pretty pink striders walking around in the background starting at around 9:18...and more than one as well!

Yeah there's entire flocks of them roaming around the Southern barrens near the lava chasm. So if you are short on space, it's safe to let Mazz wander free for a bit and maybe meet up again back in Mulgore or even a tropical section of the Barrens.

Mazzranche is also what I would hardly call a rare mob. He has a respawn timer of 30 minutes to 1 hour. And honestly if you only tamed Mazz because he's rare, you're kinda missing out on the point of Mazzranche anyways.

Probably. I almost never see tallstriders. In fact the only tallstriders I've seen on Nesingwary at all have belonged to Petopians

Indeed. I know why, too. Their models are hideous IMO, and their faces look like some kind of mutant-thingie. I've seen maybe two tallstriders as pets in the last year or so.
