School project help!

Ok so today at school we were given this project to make a tv show so we have to write a story,draw concepts,story boards,make some basic animations and show this all to our tudors with a speech.
If we do need help we can ask our tudors IF its a drawing Q and if we need help with the story/chars we have to look for out side help that means you!
See my problem is i'm no good at makeing chars storys up and stuff i never do in wow or any other game etc.
What i have planned in my head is for a fantasy show amined at teens to adults thats basicly DnD meets avatar meets a metal band. Oh and its ment to be kind of funny XD

This is the story so far:
There once was a land ruled by an evil over lord, The King of Darkness he ruled the land with an iron fist, But there where people who wanted freedom and so got their greatest heros and formed a Lord of the rings ripoff and went on a quest to defeat the King and make an army after many a fight with the Kings men they stormed his fortress. The king Knew he was going to die in this battle so he sent his youngest duaghter(the main char) into hideing so she did not get killed for she was only 8 and not of the age to beable to defend her self. The "heros" killed the king and freed the people and stuff. Cut to 10 years later and the little girl is now a young woman working as a booze wrench at a pub. One day her uncle who she thougt died with her dad came into the pub and told her that her father wanted her to rule after him for he saw in her the potental to be greater than he ever was at being a evil over lord. So she and her uncle went off on a quest to get back her fathers empire and to make her the Queen of Darkness!

okay so the chars i have made so far are

Er thats all i came up with i have made a few doodles i will post when i can but its my 20th on sat and so i may be too hungover on sunday too XD

Oh the only thing i don't really want is furrys sorry i'm fine with like a werewolf or something thats not an animal 100% of the time but yeah nuffin agaisnt them i just don't want one XD

The concept so far sounds more like an adventure movie than a funny TV show, especially with the "heroes" being all dark and evil people.

The not-so-good necromancer sure has some potential to be a funny character but, in my opinion, by already having a sidekick makes it complicated.
I've been reading the "spellsinger" books by Alan Dean Foster (short information: it's about a student who plays electric guitar in a rock band who wakes up in a fantasy world that is inhabited by not only humans but all mammals and birds are equally intelligent beings with only reptiles being "animals" and insects being the evil ones. When he tries to adapt to this world, he finds out he can do magic with a special instrument that is not unlike a guitar, he is a spellsinger.) The fun kicks in as he only knows how to play rock songs and he never knows what his magic will get him as it translates his texts and music into something that fits the fantasy world. Example: Singing about a "little deuce coupe" gets him a giant riding snake and stuff like that.
So if you give that necromancer a sidekick, you take away the things that could happen when the not-so-good necro tries to do something. So this all-time companion should have some interesting quirks or maybe be dying all the time and might be the only corpse that doesn't resist her raise-dead spell or something, something like a running gag.

It's pretty hard to picture your idea on such a short description and come up with ideas.

Yeah sorry that was all i came up with at the time XD but i do like that idea of the undead guy allways dieing. When i ment funny i kind of ment like an adventure thats got some funny bits in it but is not a 100% funny show.

Oh, OK, so you're not going for an all-funny show.

So probably the not-so-good necromancer with the more-down-than up sidekick should cover the funny side pretty well.

As for names, I suggest the following:

• The uncle seems to be a harsh man with being leader of the elite warriors. That calls for a harsh name as well. Something like Aric, Grakk, Bronn, Morova or Verkan comes to my mind. As for his character, I suggest a guy who is always talking about honor and bravery but is himself a coward and that is why he survived.
• The soon-to-be queen of darkness could be some kind of character with two sides. She tries to get the throne back and reestablish the reign of terror her father used to scourge the lands with. On the other hand, she worked as a wench in a pub. That probably taught her some humbleness. So she'd be torn between being queen of darkness and her fear of blood. As for a name, I think, as a princess, her name should be something smooth, that sounds like she is a beauty. Amandala, Shennia, Vanoelle or Yomina comes to mind.
• The necros sidekick should be silent. Not saying a word but using a lot with of facial expression and moaning. I picture him like the classic zombie: Moaning, dragging his feet, moving slowly, stuff like that. Like I said, he should be dead a lot of times, even when you don't think about him dying. Scenes like him making fire and then running around burning in the next scene or something like that. Deaths that occur when you don't expect them to happen. As for names, it should sound very heroic. Hendrik, Balomir, Naharas or Teronar combined with something like The Fearless, The Unyielding, The Lionheart or something, maybe a "Sir" in front...
• The Necromancer kind of leaves me a little clueless. Maybe she shouldn't be older than the main character but even younger. Way younger, like a little girl that ran away from home with only her zombie warrior to protect her as her magic is not properly developed. But that is just an idea. She'd need, as a dark elf, a harsh name. To be honest, I can't come up with names that sound harsh and elven at the same time right now. Maybe later...

The plot itself is a problem too. Who will come to help her when she is trying to reestablish terror? Won't they just laugh and go away? Did you have any idea about that?

I'd try for something with vowels and plenty of "harsh" consonants, like Sereniriel or something. Just not Sereniriel. That sounds stupid. xD

Its to develop a concept for a show and to make the concept art for the main people and storyborads for the trailer/pilot of the show. The help im looking for is for names and backstory for the people I'm not the best at doign that and i know alot of people here are :S

The dark elves are dark skinned elves who live underground and can be described as pure evil. Somehow. You'd like them. I think.

What i was thinking for my dark elve story is that thres a race of high elves who are the ones who detest killing unless its for food and would rather learn more about magic and peaceful stuff. They tend to have light coloured hair and skin then theres the dark elves who are the direct opposite to their high elf cousens as they are brutal fighting machines who love killing and are very good at war tactics and dark magic I.e demonology and necromancy. They tend to have darker skin (well for an elf anyway) and darker hair like blacks and browns. Think along the lines of elf meets viking and thats how i see them in my head. sorry its not good of a story but i'm trying to make one thats basicly not copying from wow/warhammer and anyother things with elves i like in XD.

Oh i was thinking of ways for people to want to join her and i had the idea that after the "heros" killed the king the split the lands between them and became their rullers but alot of them in their old age became mad/currupt or something like forming a religon that hates magic and hunts down magic users and this leads the peasants wanting a new leader and stuff :S
