i hate those that live up to the huntard standard. makes us all look bad.

I dunno, at 75 I already love huntards. Because they make me look good by comparison.

when I enter a random instance, and there's another (MM or SV) hunter who looks at me and says "Aren't you switching to your dungeon spec? BM sux lol."

At the end of the instance, having a meter where I more than doubled his/her damage is a fun feeling. (and fewer deaths, and less aggro issues, and more interrupts...)

Yeah I have to admit, I don't mind the people that don't play the class well... I play it just fine and never get any complaints. If some idiot is going to blame me for other hunters' shortcomings (play-wise), then it's on him, not the other players.

On the other hand, I hate the term "huntard." A more misguided term for someone that doesn't play well is hard to find. It's derogatory, inflammatory, and unnecessary.

Hm. This is more of a post for the 'grinds my gears' thread... Sorry.

Yesterday I got Exalted with the Argent Dawn after all my Strath Baron runs It also gives me the Argent Champion title, and made my 10th exalted faction. WEWT.

Now if only I could get that stupid horse...

The past two months have been completely, entirely, 100% brutal to me. If something could cause me problems, it did. If it could kick dirt in my face while I was already on the ground, it did. Worst thing was, there was nothing that could be put off or dealt with in a quick way. Everything required time and effort to fix.

We had to avoid a legal battle with the landlord (and get back on amicable terms with him again!!), we had to get rid of our cats cause our son was getting sick from allergies, I had to do some major work hours to catch up with everything, I had to put in extra hours on some translating work (not for pay, sadly), we had to do some major cleaning and reorganising at home, and those were just the major things...

Well. Yesterday, I think we finally got past it all. I mean, really. I think I'm all caught up. I'm sorta afraid to really check, in case I overlooked something... but yeah.

WoW has been such a stress reliever, even when all I could do was get another couple of quests completed for Sara's Loremaster title or get another bubble of rep for my horde druid's Ambassador title (which I got two nights ago!) This post shows what I've managed to accomplish in-game in spite of all this.

I feel totally accomplished! In-game and out of it. I also feel completely exhausted, but ya know, the good kind.

Now, to un-neglect Aoani! I'll see you all tonight.

Thanks Veph. It feels really great to say that we got through it. I do think I need to turn my focus inwards for a bit, my relationship with my husband has been sorely neglected during all this... Exhaustion and stress will do that, ya know? But it's great that we can do that now, without any looming deadlines.

After 3 years of procrastination, and rare periods of motivation, I have finally done it...

The Netherdrakes are mine!



I am notoriously bad with rep grinds, and this is just a huge accomplishment for me. I know some people can do the entire thing in a matter of days, but it was so difficult to for me to keep up with dailies. When the end was in sight I kicked some sense into myself and worked to finish it up. I couldn't be happier right now. ^_^ I bought 4 of them to start with, and will get the rest at some point. The Onyx has always been my favourite though.

Gratz Veph! I'm kind of bad with rep grinds too. I still don't have Exodar or Darnassus as Exalted, and the only one I have on Stereo is Silvermoon, for the Champion title. xD

On the subject of that grind, a guildie got it done in two days. I believe he farmed eggs like crazy.

Haha, this morning consisted of me searching madly for I think a total of 18-20 eggs to finish it up. I was going to wait until tomorrow to do the dailies, but I realized I was far too impatient and wanted to see if I could top it off with the eggs. :3

No, I agree with you, I prefer Suraku myself He's my favorite and the one I chose the only time I've ever completed the Netherwing grind XD

As for my accomplishments today, I finally got Silinrul to Exalted with the Knights of the Ebon Blade, which also got her the Northrend Vanguard achievement.

On top of THAT, I got some decent grinding done on the Wintersaber rep, and managed to get Sil a little ways into Friendly with them (from Neutral). And in connection to that, also got some Timbermaw rep done, just 'cause I'd do a full sweep of the village every time I was sent to kill 10 mobs.

But i did get exaulted with the sky guard and Mag'har i have all the nether rays and the mini pet n tabard and I have all teh talbulks and teh tabard they are so pretty and unique

For a note of a future accomplishment, it will be 16 days more until my new baby raptor becomes my brand new mount.

On another future note that's much closer, I am hoping to get my mechanical chicken tonight after I am done feeding my baby raptor.
