So its not a curse, but it is a curse? But seriously that sentence is a little confusing.cowmuflage wrote:Not really as curses can be transfured via body fluids any way vampireism is a curse just like a werewolf unless they made a pack with the devil.

Re: Worgan story question?
Might be that your wording in both sentences is a bit contradictory. :/cowmuflage wrote:Sigh i said its a curse unless ur the one who made a pack with the devil ie dracula made a pack with the devil but anyone he bit got the curse. In that sentance i did not say it was not a curse i don't know where you got that from.

Re: Worgan story question?
Dracula himself does not carry the curse, as he made a pact with the devil. Those he bites, however, get the curse.

Re: Worgan story question?
I'm confused, because I thought they had retconned it so that Worgen were originally wolf-form druids... does that mean that the other druid forms are 'contagious' too, then?Dragon616 wrote:The quick answer is yes the curse can be spread to others through biting, but there is a quest in Silverpine that involves Crowley giving some of his blood to refuges from Hillsbrad that ends up turning them into worgen. Which is strange cause thats more of a vampire thing...

Re: Worgan story question?
Right now all the lore is a big mess. But yes, the worgen were originally druids, and somehow, by biting people, the druids spread their shapeshifting-thingie somehow without the bitten people becoming druids.Lazuly wrote:I'm confused, because I thought they had retconned it so that Worgen were originally wolf-form druids... does that mean that the other druid forms are 'contagious' too, then?Dragon616 wrote:The quick answer is yes the curse can be spread to others through biting, but there is a quest in Silverpine that involves Crowley giving some of his blood to refuges from Hillsbrad that ends up turning them into worgen. Re: Worgan story question?
If they had done that, then the storyline wouldn't be all screwy and you'd still be able to justify Worgen druids... I mean seriously, this was just lazy.

Re: Worgan story question?
The lore? Well the in game characters say the worgens came from dimensional portals, but there's a good chance that those characters where wrong and that it was a time portal. I mean, if you really think about it, how can you be 100% sure that said portal is to another dimension? Heck, some players still believe that the Dark Portal just takes us to another continent on Azeroth...cowmuflage wrote:Well no as the lore says they ARE from another dimension. That quote you said could be read as them being from another dimension just as much as from another time.
