It's the Wildhammer dwarves. They've always had an affinity with nature.

I also exist on DeviantArt.

It makes a lot of sense for them actually. Not only are the Wildhammer Dwarves already like shamans, but Dwarves themselves evolved from earth in a sense and have strong ties to it.

Yeah, of all the alliance races I'd think dwarves are the only other ones that really make sense as shaman. I love the idea.

Don't quote me on any of this since I'm one of those "lol lore just give me shiny things and tell them it was space zombies for all I care!" people.

But from what I've heard Ironforge ends up in Deathwings path and Magni Bronzebeard the king there (i think that is his name I like him we've pwn'd many a horde raids there the two of us) freaks out. He goes down into old ironforge and communes with the spirits to help. They agree, dwarves get shaman power,but... The king is turned to stone. Sad pandas all around.

Keep in mind this is something I saw on youtube it may or may not be accurate.
Here is the link if anyone is curious.

There's nothing in that vid that indicates the rumored lore you mentioned, but it IS a definite upgrade to a closed zone, so it's entirely possible that what you heard will turn out to be right. (Poor Magni!)

That's exactly what I heard, Bullet. The dwarves will be ruled by a council of the three clans, with Moira representing the Dark Irons. Apparently there are some issues about her trying to usurp the council... Who'da thunk it?

I love the dwarves, their story is one of the best alli-side if you ask me. :)

I think the rumor used to be in the video description or in the comments, but it must have been removed or passed over. I'm hoping its not true, but with so much shake up in horde politics they're almost guaranteed a few wrathgate like vids or cool plots. I think it makes sense for some kind of calamity to happen on alliance side to even that out,but...I like that guy.

It was so warm and fuzzy reuniting the Bronzebeards in Storm Peaks, too. :/ I made sure Aisling dinged to 80 completing their chain, as she's my #1 dwarf. They JUST got Muradin back, y'know? That sucks.
