I hate the horde that gank in WG when you are trying to just buy some honor gear, or finish the quest. I know it's a pvp zone, but they delight in ganking to new levels, and exploiting all they can. I hate them enough that I'm deleting my baby Tauren in the guild, and will never roll a goblin. Just can't stand them, and the color the rest of the faction.

I'll admit, I originally played horde first, but I got so pissed off at some dumbass that I ended up changing to ally. Mostly cause I would get spammed on duels from guys who were twice my lvl, who'd then call me a noob for not dueling them, and various other dumb things that pissed me off. I still have that char, and I've been working on him again (tauren hunter) and things have been better since, but I swear I didn't get that kind of crap when playin an ally char (draenei hunter), but I admit, no matter which side I play, trade is always the same...bleh.

Same here Veph. The Alliance on my server can be quite the collection of douches when it comes to PvP, but it isn't bad seeing as I rarely PvP enough for it to be a problem.

*Raises eyebrow* Maybe that's cause there's much more Alliance on Windrunner, so Horde seem much more.. Defensive. I've found on The Venture Co, a RP-PvP server with more Horde than Alliance, even high lvl Hordies won't gank low lvl Allies, while Alliance, no matter what lvl, it seems, will take any chance they can get to attack Horde. I dunno if it's the same on Windrunner, as I don't really like Wintergrap at all (Well, except for my on alt on VeCo, who goes fishing there for Terrorfish for the daily sometimes. .. I'M IN UR WINTERGRASP, CATCHIN' UR TERRORFISHZ), and I never do world PvP (Other than the rare times that a city's being attacked or the random Halaa raid <3), so I wouldn't know if it's the same or not. But believe me, it's not only Horde that does that sort of thing! I've seen some pretty jerkfaced Alliance on Windrunner who'd deffinitely do the same in Wintergrasp.

When I started playing WoW, it was clear that my first toon had to be a tauren.
After a while, I tried each and every race and or class.

I can tell you that:
There are effing a-holes in each faction on each server.
There are days when you can't even set foot in Crossroads, because alliance are on a low-level-quest-giver-killing-spree.

Why did I stick with horde then?
Because there seemed less "kiddies" there and people actually played more as a team, were helpful.
When TBC came out, the blood elves drew all those "I don't wanna play monster" people over to horde and the good times were over.

I can understand that you are pissed off right now but assuming all horde people are idiots and alliance are not is

I once had this sort of duel-spamming then drastic insults from someone that kept wanting to duel me with Fio that had only just got her first pet. He ended up calling me a freakin' (he said the other 'f' word actually) pussy for refusing to duel. Sorry about my bad language but that's what he said. I had a feeling I would've been called that in any way this situation would have ended up, whether it was by win, lose, or refusal. I returned his insult with one of my own and then put him on ignore.

Then, on my baby ally hunter, I had a worse situation when a hunter 16 levels higher than me wanted to duel me, and it ended up with me pressing Decline every second. I wasn't quick enough to say something in between those spams but I did ask him to stop. He didn't stop. Then I found ignore actually works against duel spams; I had no idea before then. Just watching the flag going up before it hits the ground made me want to laugh and he kept trying to duel me for a minute after I ignored him.

So, theoretically, in my experience, this stuff can happen no matter what side you are on or if you think you have had good luck avoiding these people. It doesn't happen to me often but it's inevitable.

Anyways to fix the topic title, it's I hate lifeless turds who have nothing better to do than gank people instead of going and doing something more productive with their time, like sticking their thumbs up their ass.

Although I admit, I do favour the Horde, I have played both factions, and guess what? There are annoying, ganking jerks on both sides, but there are also nice people as well. I actually made a friend in the Alliance on my main server just from friendly emotes like /wave while doing the daily fishing quest in Dal.

I personally try my best to lead by example. Even though I'm on a pvp server, I make it a point to not gank low levels, and I try to be polite even to my opponents, like emoteing /bow after a good, fair, pvp fight.

Anyway, the point is there are good, honourable players, and there are immature little snots on both sides. It's not fair to single one faction out.

B) I am that horde, that delights in ganking you while you buy your honor gear, and while you fish, and any chance that I can take you down.

In fact I delight in tracking you from high above, and waiting til your at your weakest, and then unloading everything that I have. Then while your body is still warm and falling to the ground, I FD out of combat, mount up and disappear into the sky, safe and sound, waiting, watching, hoping you come back.

However to delete your tauren because I ganked you, that's kind of folly don't you think? For you to instantly choose one faction to another because of something that both faction do... no one is innocent... it really means that you never really where comfortable with the horde faction anyway. I may seem like a big 'ol meanie, but you have no idea what you and your goodie, nice color "alliance" are capable of, in fact the ignorance is quiet abysmal.

But if you wish to delete your horde characters, that's fine, that means you'll be on your alliance toon more often... which means you'll be on your alliance toon more often in Wintergrasp... which means I'll be able to gank you even more...

Tbh deleting a toon because of being ganked by someone by well the likes of you, isn't any different than me deleting a lowbie tauren I made a ways back because someone was sexually harassing me constantly the momeny I made her. I just couldn't force myself to even continue leveling her. It was horrible tbh.

No honestly, I can sympathize with that reasoning. It's because of this that I took so long to roll an Alliance toon, because of all the Alliance that acted like you. I don't mean the occasional red is dead attitude but the ganking the asshatary the general I'ma gonna ruin peoples parades all day because I have nothing better to do than sit on my mount and corpse camp someone who was innocently minding their own business.

Bad blood leads to more bad blood. Ganking leads to more ganking. I've learned that the hard way and it's why I've just about stopped.

Hell I wouldn't have rolled my current ally toons if it wasn't for Aria and the fact I wanted alliance mounts on a toon originally.

At the start, I rolled a smexy NE hunter to lvl with my Druid BF, but I only got her to lvl 23? After we broke up I rolled horde and took my time, and really enjoyed it. It scares me now if I had to roll an ally, I have no memory of any of the towns, cities, etc. I'd get lost!?!

That and I have invested so much time in my character, achivements, and most importantly, my friends

I had fun last week, the Gurubashi Arena actually put the chest down when I was nearby for once. Dashed over on my level 47, checked was safe then went tog et the chest.

One shot by a level 80 Blood Elf Mage. He then proceeded to oneshot a level 42 cow Hunter who also had a look.

To make matters more fun, he went invisable to gank us again and tried to force a trio of Alliance (Ranging from 32-36) into the Arena so he could gank them as well though thankfully the one near the edge didn't fall in. Hell he'd have killed me he second time if not for the most famous of Paladin defense mechanics. Personally? Free for all PVP, not so bothered about that but delibrately going out your way to further harass your own faction and lowbies for kicks? Not so much. I later saw a lowbie Gnome with a tree so clearly I wans't the only one nervous.

Oh told my mother whenever she gets harassed by duel spammers that use the /chicken emote just to get one of her chickens out and point to it. Surpisingly it shuts them up most of the time

So yeah there's asshats whenever you go really. I've given up bothering on Terrorfish as I'm so stupidly vunerable and not everyone is happy to fish beside you. It is funny when Alliance try and defend you from other Alliance tho.
